The worst chipotle in town! The service is hot or miss and today it was definite miss with their manager on duty Sara Farrah. My order was incorrectly put together missing the key ingredient chicken. I tried contacting customer service because apparently they would refund you for the incorrectly placed for order at the store. We tried coming many times to give this place a chance but tonight was the last. Good quality is mediocre, never having enough of anything. Just TERRIBLE!

The best chipotle I’ve ever been to hands down! Been going there for 10 years now and they never disappoint. Always filling my bowl to the brim and always satisfying. Usually pretty packed during dinner time so it may be a but difficult to park.

I love chipotle and this location is so mismanaged that I will never order from a chipotle again. I have never left a review of any kind just letting that be said before I forget. The last I don’t know how many times I’ve gone here I could see the bottom of my bowl. Now twice in a row I’ve gotten uncooked rice and veggies.

Puts the “Sorry we’re closed” sign up when they “don’t feel like dealing with people” or “Don’t wanna do a lot of dishes” employees are meanwhile in there laughing and having a good old time getting paid to stand around on their phones. If I owned this franchise there would be a “closed for full re-staffing” sign up. This was on a early Saturday afternoon btw. Happens all th time either re-staff it or pull these people’s franchise

By far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I am a local – my online orders are always 30+ minutes late. The service is atrocious, nobody cares about their job. The restaurant is rarely cleaned. I love chipotle, but this place is so horribly mismanaged.

Never got my order after sitting there for an hour, even after it said ready for pick up. They’re very short staffed, you can see how overwhelmed they all are. The orders and crowd are just out of their control, there were literally like 3-4 people working. Never got refunded bc customer service is online and gets you no where. AND someone hit my car in their parking lot. I’m almost grateful I didn’t get my food after reading reviews from other people on the same day. Never again.

Warning. Be extremely careful parking here, my car was hit by someone in this North Quincy location and they drove off without leaving a note. The manager, helped review the security camera footage with me, but this location does not have enough cameras to cover the angle where my car was parked and we were not able to see who hit me. The manager was very nice and told me that he has asked corporate many times for more cameras, as people often get their cars hit in this parking lot but Chipotle corporate has not been responsive to his requests. Additionally, I left a personal item at the restaurant and have tried to call to see if they have it. However, this location does not pick up their phone. I tried to call multiple times this week but no luck. Their voicemail box is full too.

I’m not giving this Chipotle location anymore chances. I don’t know why I gave it so many anyway. Convenience, mostly, and having empathy for the employees. Every single time I come here I’m more disappointed than the last time I came. It’s always the same thing. Understaffed, you can tell they’re stressed and overwhelmed, the place is dirty/messy, the parking lot is ALWAYS full and sometimes they basically kick you out saying “online orders only” no matter what time you go. Everyone is saying it’s because they don’t want to wash dishes, which may be true, but I also think it’s because they feel stressed when there’s huge rushes of people coming in, so somewhat understandable. But omg, c’mon. This is ridiculous at this point.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ate at. When I used to go in person and eat there, it was all right, not great but all right. Every time I think, “Hmmm, I’ll give ordering from them another shot,” it is the worst. Either the food is awful or just the wrong order. I really like Chipotle, but I can’t order it from this location. Too bad.
