There was only one person doing the orders and he was swamped with orders. I ordered a quesadilla and a bowl. I went in there to let them know I only got one thing I ordered, after about 30 minutes and still got the wrong thing and missing things and it was messing. Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!

The person working the register was cursing at customers. I have never seen someone be more abusive to customers and delivery drivers. Completely unacceptable behavior. Do not waste your time and money here unless you want to be treated like dirt. The food was also bad if that even matters at this point.

The tall skinny dude handling take out orders on 8/8/23 at 7pm affirmed that I will not go back to chipotle period let alone this location when options like Anna’s and Los Amigos are available. Super unprofessional telling customers and delivery drivers to cancel their orders if they don’t like waiting what he estimated would be 30-45 minutes past their estimated pick up time and he was exceptionally rude to everyone. His work station was absolutely disgusting cross contaminating every single ingredient the spoon touched. This was the most abhorrent display of customer service I have seen in quite a long time and you are definitely not getting what you’re paying for.

Boston has tons on Chipotles. I actually think this is one of the better ones. Come in, get food, eat outside at the patio. Simple. I go at dinner and lunch time a lot and I never find the line to be crazy as some claim. 5 min wait tops. Meanwhile the chipotle in downtown crossing is like a 25 minute wait lol. I can rely on this location. Some staff are nice, some are more rude, sometimes the team works together well and sometimes they don’t. It’s a burrito fast food chain, what do you expect?

They might be open until 10 but they’re typically out of chips and guac by 8 and if you want whatever the specialty meat of the moment is you better get it at lunch before they’re out. Employees are typically nice… just don’t really always have food to give you.

50min later than “promised” delivery time from Uber Eats and I knew my driver was totally okay since he waited there for 40min. And it was just 3 tacos plus one bowl to be in the form of “wrapping up” for 50min, technically they don’t even need wrapping. And tacos were actually wrapped in foils and arrived in terrible shape. Unbelievable.
