Walked here after the other one near state didn’t have any white rice. When I got here at 9:30p the door was locked.. don’t take the closing shifts if you don’t any stay for the hours on the door. These pictures were taken outside the windows.

I go here for lunch once a week every week. The food and portions are always great. The staff however is not the friendliest. I’ve seen them swear at customers. They don’t look happy. Never ice in the soda machine. Soda’s don’t even taste right. Garbage is always overflowing. If I didn’t get massive and delicious burritos I would never come here.

The food is good and for the most part the employees are nice and happy to be there. I was there today around 5:00. There was one customer eating and two employees sitting on a steel counter. I took out money and prepared to order. The guy (the other was a girl) said they did not take cash…”card only”. I walked out and on my way out I heard the girl say to the guy “why’d you do that?” It’s obvious why he did that…HE’S LAZY AND NEEDS TO GET FIRED. I was a little upset when I heard that and went back to the counter to ask him again (I lost my cool…people like him do that to me…) and demanded that he start the order with cash. I know the law in Massachusetts and stores BY LAW have to accept cash. The only time I have been to a store with a No Cash policy was a SweetGreen in Manhattan. They probably do it for safety. Boston is not Manhattan and stores are required to accept cash (or have an in-house cash-to-debit card converter like TD Garden and Gillette Stadium. Get rid of this guy immediately. Somebody not as pleasant as me might encounter him next.

Ordered uber eats yesterday (Chipotle order # J37-8A6). Food came in 20 minutes – very fast. However, 1-2 hours after eating the food, my wife and I started vomiting and having diarrhea. Posting this in case there are other customers with similar issues from a bad batch of food. I ordered a chicken bowl.

Poor customer service, staff treat customers as if they are doing a favour for free and not getting paid for the job. Tables are dirty and staff are chatting to each other instead of doing a bit of cleaning. Definitely do not recommend.

Went there yesterday around dinner time after walking back from an event. Walked up to the counter and the 3 employees working there just sat there looking at us and chatting with one another, as if actively ignoring us. No sign indicating no dine in orders etc. We were looking right at them and made eye contact. We turned around and walked out. The group ahead of us had to do the same thing.

Everytime I order on a Saturday evening using the app the location is closed when I arrive to pick up. I called ahead and automated system said open until 10pm. I arrived at 6.20 and door was shut. This has happened about 4 times now. Management doesn’t seem to care. Time to find another place.

Love it. Fast service. Lots of seatings that is rare for Boston. Food is good. Bathroom code at the end of the receipt. This chipotle is notable for multiple seats at window as well lots of space on the second level. They keep it very clean and organized. Stares are a little small but good for Boston. Seatings are wood tables that look awesome. I would definitely go there again.

This is a SCAM. The store looks so real. We placed an order online during business hours, they took our money, even sent confirmation email. Everything looks so real. But you can’t enter the store, no one listens the phone, the money and the food just gone. So ridiculous.
