I don’t leave reviews often but this was by far the best experience I’ve had at a chipotle recently. The employees were on top of everything but very nice, especially when there were changes in food. There was a long line and it took less than 5 minutes to start our order. The food also tasted very fresh. Nothing I’ve ever experienced at a chipotle. These employees deserve some credit!

I truly feel bad for the employees that work here every weekend. I come in every Saturday and the amount of people that come here around dinner time is overwhelming.. the line is all the way to the door. Unfortunately they always are out of fajitas which are my favorite that’s why i have to give it 4 stars, but i have a lot of compassion for these workers they do an amazing job!

Always great food and staff! Everything always tastes fresh. You will see them grilling food every hour due to high demand. Sometimes it can get very busy on Fridays parking around lunch time.

Every single time I come here whether I call ahead or not I can never order anything without cilantro. I love chipotle but HATE cilantro.. and every time I ask for tomatoes without cilantro it’s like I’ve asked the craziest thing. Here and north Attleboro.. I was told no EVEN WHEN SOMEONE WAS SLICING TOMATOES LIKE HOW ..????

I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Giana. I have been to this location multiple times after my long 14 hour shifts in the NICU and she has always treated me with the best customer service. I had a problem with my online order and she had my order remade right away! If you have any extra needs always ask for her! never stingy or gives you a hard time.

girl with the dark hair & glasses on on the register was extremely rude. she was insisting my boyfriends card was declining. my boyfriend said that’s not possible & she insisted it was. he calmly took out his credit card and swiped it & that also declined. she made sure to state very loudly that both my boyfriends cards had declined. I work in a restaurant and I could tell that the cards were not declining and that the payments just weren’t going through. she was extremely disrespectful about the whole situation and asked me in a very hostel tone what was on my bowl after she had already been told by another employee. the payment eventually went through after she rudely stated multiple times that both my boyfriends cards were declining and that she needed a different card. definitely not coming back to this location bc that was whack. 0 stars.

THIS location was fabulous! We’ve been to other locations but this one, by far, is outstanding. First, the doors and floors were clean – great 1st impression. The servers were outgoing and friendly. The cashier double checked to make sure we had everything. The food was excellent!

Great atmosphere and wonderful employees at Chipotle Mansfeild MA. The young man with the circular glasses was great, very polite, and didn’t make me feel bad when I asked for extra rice a few times. Merit was also great, helping me out with the 2nd half of the order (salsa, lettuce, cheese ect.) Very nice, polite, and well spoken. Will definitely have to come back again, and hopefully these two wonderful employees will be on the clock!
