I love the convenience of the app and picking up my lunch quick. My only complaint is always I wish there was one meat that was seasoned with savory Mexican spices and no peppers. All meats here have that mild pepper burn that sits on the tongue after each bite. I have to be prepared to enjoy.

The online ordering service usually goes off without a hitch. I have noticed that when asking for a 2x protein portion works better in person rather than online. Sometimes the bowl is nearly half empty when I order it online. Some consistency between ordering in person and online would be nice. The soda fountain and utensils area is never clean when I go in. The food is still very good, regardless of the inconsistent portions. The Mobile App is very simple and it makes it hard to mess up and order for the user

Ordered 2 burritos online. They completely got all ingredients wrong. I double checked the receipt and order I picked up – everything on there is correct. I called the store and it’s an automated system. I then placed a complaint through their system and they gave me 2 free drinks? I don’t want 2 free drinks, I just want my money back….. unbelievable.

Every single time I order online the order is wrong. Every time. Today when I showed up after my pickup time and the order still wasn’t ready the women was literally trying to do 10 different bowls at a time. That is just asking for mistakes to happen. For the amount paid things should be taken seriously. Today the bowl is not even edible to me because they put spicy salsa that’s unbearable for me to eat and neither one of my bowls even have that in them sooooooo clearly this women is not doing her job right and needs a talking to. This is not the first time. Every time there’s either missing element, messed up items between the bowls, ect. Disappointing and frustrating

The only reason I go back is because my kids love the food. Every time I place an online order it is never ready within a half hour of the “ready” time. I’ll watch people come in and order and leave and I’m still waiting for my online order. It is beyond infuriating. I’ve never received an apology or given a gift card to come back. You need to change the pickup times because whatever system you are using is NOT working.

I dont mind the food, even tho if i get the burrito its not spread out so u get maybe a couple of the fillings in one bite & two other fillings in another bite… doesnt taste that great but then a couple times now ive seen a couple workers texting on their phone WITH GLOVES on& then continue to make food… gross…. i wont go here anymore.

I ordered a bowl which tasted really good and the good thing is that there was no wait. The worker was nice and the machines were working. The one thing about this chipotle was that it wasn’t clean, there was trash everywhere and crumbs on the tables. It was a solid 4 stars.
