The dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been to- and it’s not just because it’s an off day. I love Chipotle and work across the street so I’ll pop in every once in a while to see if it gets better, but honestly, it just gets worse. I’m not surprised there’s a salmonella out break. Filthy counters, not just at the food station- look at the back prep counter, register counter and even the refrigerated drink well filled with bits of lettuce and other food debris. Oh and the day in question they were only doing online orders because the register was down. Seriously, they had 5 employees. One of them couldn’t have taken 15 mins to wipe everything down?

Please avoid this Chipotle. Terrible service. The store was open, we went in to dine in but the employees told us it is only open for online orders. The employees were unprofessional.

Usually don’t write reviews at all. Got a burrito with specifically no beans or rice. All I got was beans, rice, and chicken. Not the veggies or salsa I ordered. I also got a side of queso. I got a half full cup of queso and a bag with chicken covered in queso. Waited about 25 minutes and when I asked, the people working weren’t very friendly.

Used to really enjoy chipotle, but the ones in this region have really ruined our perception of the brand. Each time we go, we instantly regret it. Ordered for pick up, bowls barely half full with missing ingredients. Gave us the worst part of the guac. Don’t even get me started on the taste…everything bland. SMH. Why do we keep convincing ourselves to go?

Our to go order was completely wrong- we ordered a salad, and a veggie quesadilla, and ended up with a chicken quesadilla (for a vegetarian so she couldn’t eat it) and a salad that somehow had only the toppings (rice meat and cheese – no dressing or lettuce or actual salad). Tried to fix this through the app hoping for a refund, they just offered us a free soda (!). Tried calling the store, spoke to a robot and told to use the app. Ended up driving it all back to the store and asking for help there, not happy.

Dirty! This location is always dirty and understaffed. Seem to always be out of main ingredients like beans, salsa, chips, guacamole, etc. Staff will have airpods in and always on their phone. No sense of authority or leadership present.

Dirty dirty dirty. We had to clean our own table. They have 6-7 employees working behind the counter working hard but had a 30 minute wait for white rice. The brown rice was a bit under cooked. The one guy rolling the burrito used his apron to wipe his hands since he made a mess. Gross.

i love chipotle but the peabody location next to north shore mall absolutely sucks. i been here plenty of times and they just suck. nothing is stocked. place is absolutely disgusting. it’s probably because they’re understaffed but that doesn’t explain them sitting and doing anything. also soda is very flat.

This place is always backed up. Always dirty. No ingredients available. Never any meat— even during rush . Today nobody at the register for 10 minutes! This place sucks!!!
