Man, if you want anything above the bare minimum, do not go here. Our experience started off with standing behind a mobile order family standing there for what must have been 5 minutes until they said something about not being in line, meanwhile the staff was just standing there enjoying their break instead of ushering us through. After we started ordering we were greeted with silence because we ~obviously~ know what we’re doing here. After I asked for what goes on every burrito – black beans – they were out, so I got a quarter scoop from the bottom with all the bean juice. After he motioned to the food prep staff that they were out he turned around to pretend to put some more on. We concluded this build-a-burrito journey with a non-Chipotle scoop for my guacamole where it was about 1/3 the regular guac. I would have said something, but I was afraid to be met with empty eyes behind the counter.

Why is it that every time I order online for pick up my food has the wrong meat in it. I ordered the “new steak” and they gave me chicken !? Why ?! In that same order was another burrito w the new steak double and that was fine but missing the double meat part or they’re just thinking “oh they’ll never know”

Chipotle used to be so good it’s definitely still good but it’s gone down hill a little for sure. After all that COVID garbage happened it seems everywhere changed and this is just one of those places. The employees are nice but I feel like the burritos and bowls have gotten not only a little less flavorful but smaller in portion. Overall still good but it used to be fantastic.

This was not a good chipotle. The place was completely trashed at around 4pm on a week day. Food and garbage everywhere in the dining room and the prep area. I’ve eaten at chipotle all over the country and had to review this one because wow, definitely not their typical standards at this location.

We wanted to stop after a flight from FL on our way back home to get some food. We arrived at the store at 10:40am and on the door the sign said they open at 10:45am so we waited outside, while the employees ware sitting inside by the window eating food, 10:55am rolled around and the doors was still closed while the employees was just hanging out eating what looked like burgers. Other people stared coming to the door and started knocking but they wouldn’t even look over ” just rude at this point just let us know when your going to open so we are not sitting outside like jerkoffs” One of the woman finally said they open at 11am with a hand gesture after we kept knocking on the door, well 11:05am rolled around and they was still just sitting on the table chatting so everyone just ended up leaving.

Filthy! Stopped in with my kids after sports to feed them and thought it best to throw out $35 worth of food after they tried to fill dirty cups with warm fountain soda and no ice.. Skip this location. You’re better off hungry!
