This place is really dirty, the tables always dirty, the floors, the trash I can keep going. They never have guacamole or lettuce, and when it’s time to pay they don’t have dollars they told me smh. Also I ask for pork I believe they call it carnitas and what they gave me was all grease no meat. Never again

Don’t believe the suggested time when ordering online. Expect 20 -30 minutes longer than what the app tells you during busy times. I could have had my food earlier if I just got in line. They ignore orders made online 20 minutes late and serve the people in line before they attend to online orders. It’s joke really. I asked for a manager because NO ONE IS WORKING!!!

I’ve ordered online from here 3 times now and probably will not do it again. Each time there has been something missing from my burrito bowl. I don’t understand how that is even possible. A 10 year old could probably follow directions better. There is a good reason why this store only has 2.5 stars with over 700 reviews.

the vibe in this chipotle is off; something i seldom find across my journeys. i’ve ordered ahead twice, once 20 minutes before, another 1 hour before (knowing my previous experience), and neither time managed to simply walk in and pick up my order. i’ve had this happen at other chipotle’s, the difference here being that those ones at least told me the order wasn’t going to be ready. both times i was told my order was ready, but neither time it was. this week i went they told me someone must have taken my bag, but after reading the reviews i’m not quite sure if i believe that? both visits ive eventually ended up with the order i asked for, but i’d love to participate in the “fast” part of fast food sometimes.

If I could give 0 stars for this review, I would. What has happened to Chipotle!?! I can remember a day when The North Andover Chipotle was clean, well stocked and the employees had good customer service. This review is not based off of one, two or even three individual visits. I have made multiple visits and find the same dirty countertops, food dropped on the floor and stations without various selections such as lettuce, corn, peppers and onions. The employees don’t care that the selections are sparse. I don’t mind paying an increase, I realize the cost of food supplies has gone up. However, when I am walking out of the store paying the increase but getting an extremely small burrito because they are short of stock, I feel I am being ripped off.

I am honestly sincerely concerned with the incompetence of the employees and the lack of any management. I watched an employee fold paper napkins for 10 minutes while 3 people were waiting to pay. I could have read the entire Harry Potter series while I waited to get my simple burrito. Oh yeah and I can’t forget they didn’t even have chips to purchase. Easily the worst chipotle I will experience in my long and (now because of this experience) painful life.

This Chipotle location is the worst in my experience. The portion inconsitently small and the wait time subpar. I live less than 5 mins from this Chipotle location. But usually I just order it from the one in Pleasant valley 15 mins away. Much better amd consistent one.

Ordered ahead thru the app to save time and hassle but ended up waiting in the store longer than it would have taken to simply go thru the normal in person line. When order was handed over it was not complete and I had to remind them of the chips I ordered.
