Mobile order portions are constantly under, to an embarrassing degree. The location cannot guarantee times your food will be available, I have sat in here for 15+ minutes over my order time. Recently orders have also been inaccurate. The Bedford location is much better.

Never had a bad meal until I went to the Mall road Chipotle! most of the ingredients were gross dry and crusty on the tops of the steam table pans… I got what ever they had left…no steak, a few pieces of chicken and some barbacoa was what I had to settle for. The guy making the burrito had to keep apologizing they didn’t have sour cream or this or that… so I got queso not my first choice, asked if they would not charge me extra cuz the burrito was not what I wanted , he rudely said No ! then the Guy making it could not roll a burrito to save his life …idk maybe was his first day ! ordered a bowl with chicken he barley filled the spoon with chicken… asked for guacamole, never added but charged me for it. I don’t complain often but the manager was so rude and condescending it is warranted this time! I will never go back to Chipotle

Place was filthy, guy serving couldn’t even roll a burrito, no sour cream, no chips, and forgot to add my guac on my bowl that I paid for…the guy ringing up the order was so rude and charged for a little queso and wouldn’t replace it for not having sour cream. The guy making the order even told the guy ringing that they didn’t have half the stuff we wanted. The name Colby was on our receipt, but not sure it was either of the guys we dealt with. Will never go back again! Place sucked!!!

there was a line of about 7 people with one young guy working both the line and the register while a middle-aged woman stood to the side with her arms crossed looking mad. I had 10 minutes so I was hoping to just grab something quick to take with me but had to leave before he was able to get through the first of 2 groups ahead of me.

This place has gone way down hill. I’ve given it many try’s lately before writing a negative review. Someone should give them an overhaul. It always says online order only on the door now. Their app however only works when you delete it and redownload it. Then whenever I order their salad they always forget the dressing. I asked the last two times for it and today when asked the gentleman doesn’t even look just goes no and walks away. Honestly probably wouldn’t go back even though the prices are good

It’s super frustrating that they only take online orders. It makes absolutely no sense. Lower your prices if you’re gonna lower your service. Or AT LEAST put iPads in the location so I don’t have to do it on the phone or app. The app never works for

I’m not sure why they continue to operate this location. No one to take orders for about a year now, so even standing in the store online orders are required. Fine, I can put my order in, but orders are never prepared timely. Right now I’m sitting here with others waiting at least 40 minutes for food.

A truly horribly managed atrocity of a Chipotle. They only take online orders, which never come out on time. The staff argues with each other while preparing food. The staff gets snippy with the customers if you don’t say “thank you” after receiving your order 20 minutes later than the scheduled time.
