My mother and I ordered food from a very nice employee (I think I heard someone say her name, something like Yara?). My mother was ahead of me and ordered from the same woman. She was very nice and helpful, but her manager was nitpicking absolutely everything she was doing. I asked her for an aluminum lid for my bowl. Her manager came over to take the lid from her, saying something about how “we don’t do that. Those are expensive”. After having witnessed them giving her a hard time over several different things over the course of a minute, I spoke up and told them that I had asked her for a lid. They were so degrading to her and humiliated her in front of customers (me and others in line). I yelled and told them to stop degrading employees. I asked if they were a manager, and they said yes, so I asked to speak to another manager. The other manager apologized for the behavior of the other and was very nice. Bottom line is — one of the managers treats their employees like dirt. It was disgusting behavior. I’ll be calling corporate. Food service employees have a difficult job as is and they do not need their manager degrading them. So disappointing. Bully!

Awkwardly, I had to wait by the register for the staff to fill about 4 online orders before they took my family member’s order. They should ask how many people are in your party and keep you all together. Still, I’m happy with my experience, since the bowl was full– they didn’t skimp. And the tables weren’t egregiously dirty, but they had some crumbs.

Filthy, flat soda, stale chips, no napkins, forks or lid covers. No taste to food. Missing ingredients that no one seemed to want to make. Every table was dirty. Rags on the floor. Over flowing trash. Meanwhile the staff was too busy counting the tip jar.

DO NOT EAT HERE – my 6 year old has found PLASTIC PIECES in her food twice in the last month. Thank God she found it. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND DISGUSTING. When I call to tell someone no one answers. Hmm I wonder why. Get this FIXED we will not eat here again

Ordered a large bag of chips and a large queso, PAID $8.30…. and got a small bag of chips and a side of queso. I tried calling to get the difference refunded and apparently you can’t talk to a live person here. I have heard nothing but bad things about ordering from chipotle. First and last time.

I ordered delivery twice from this restaurant during the same night and BOTH times they got the order wrong. With both orders they forgot the guacamole and I understand that one time may be an accident, but twice during the same night is just negligent. This location needs to do a MUCH better job in double checking the accuracy of orders. It is extremely disappointing and upsetting to have this happen
