I order from the same Chipotle each time I do door dash and I was really disappointed by tonight’s order. I don’t complain at all when something is missing or anything like that, but this really had to b addressed. There was hardly anything in my burrito bowl, except chicken and rice…..2 ingredients were missing totally and the rest was basically bits as if they had to scrape from each bin to get it to be “passable”. I’m always happy to order from this Chipotle, so I’m surprised w/ what I ended up getting.

So, I have been a patron of this chipotle for as long as I could remember. Usually there are no problems, but I had a really bad experience today. I opened up my chipotle burrito which was supposed to lack beans and it didn’t. I took a big bite of the burrito and – bazinga – the taste of beans flooded my mouth. I decided to keep eating it to give this new ingredient a try. As I got deeper and deeper I discovered that there was hot sauce in the burrito as well! I don’t handle hot stuff that well so this really messed me up. I ended up throwing away half of the burrito. This really made me sad as I was really excited about eating this hurried hence I why I am leaving a 2 star review. As a human who averages 4 visits a week and gives this establishment a lot of my money, I hope that the CEO, Mr. Chipotle, takes a look a the practices this chipotle is committing. As punishment, I will be ordering from QDoba for the next 4 days. I hope you guys realize that you hurt a very valuable customer and change your practices immediately.

THIS IS THE WORST CHIPOTLE EVER!!! We have been ordering food from this place lately and THERE WAS NEVER A SINGLE TIME THE ORDER WAS ACCURATE. Missing items, mixing up other customers orders and TODAY THE MEAT IN MY VEGGIE BOWL. I have been always a fan of chipotle but ENOUGH. Not buying from this place EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! Never go for delivery in the milford chipotle.. the order was literally screwed up.. i would give minus star rating if the option had been available. gave benefit of doubt twice and now 3rd time again.. we ordered veggie bowls and one bowl had coyple of meat in them.. one had queso missing… asked for brown rice, got white rice.. can go on.. worst experience…

Our order is ALWAYS missing items. This last time every entree was missing guacamole, and my salad was missing lettuce as well. We eat at chipotle regularly but either I’ll have to check my entire takeout order next time, or go to a different chipotle.

Ordered double meat and only got half a scoop. With everything combined the bowl I ordered wasn’t even half full. Then I’m pretty sure I got charged twice on my giftcard after it “didn’t work” the first time. My total balance went from $22 to $2 and then I still had to pay. Won’t be coming back here ever again.
