The food is good quality but the workers almost never get the orders correct. I attached photos from a delivery where you can see what I ordered vs what I got. the rice was wrong, same with the chicken, and I never even ordered beans yet I got them. They also consistently forget add-ons

Love chipotle but this location has a lot of issues. Staff doesn’t seem to care and I felt like half of them were quiet quitting. I love chipotle food though and this is closest so I’ll go back in a pinch. Just double check your orders and don’t go if your in a hurry. I ordered to go twice in 3 weeks my order was late and wrong both times, and the person helping me was a zombie didn’t seem to care. Like a shell of an employee both times but with different people. I’m sure it will get fixed in time.

Ordered 2 burritos, sat down at the table to eat and food was cold. The steam table isn’t hot enough and hot food shouldn’t be cold within a minute. Management and employees could have cared less, didn’t offer to remake. Will not be returning. Blamed it on the cold toppings. Lol I hardly got anything that was cold. The meat and rice was cold but not cold enough for it to have been within food safety

This Chipotle is honestly terrible. Every time we’ve ordered online, our whole order is wrong. It’s like they don’t read the orders! One bowl was supposed to have brisket and it has chicken and black beans. One was supposed to be a salad, and there is no lettuce in the bowl. Mine looks like sour cream soup. They mixed up every single ingredient we had, and we have bowls of random things we didn’t order.

Save yourself the trouble and don’t go to, or order online from this location. Chipotle is my favorite, but this location is the absolute worst, they make my order correct 25% of the time, and they provide the chips i always order 5% of the time. I have complained to corporate many times, and they don’t care, at this point they think i’m a crazy complainer that just wants free food. what good is a “free chip” coupon if they don’t actually have chips? and what good is a free entre if they aren’t even going to make it right! i have moved to Worcester years ago and they have NEVER given me more then sub par food.
