Having gone a few times with several weeks between, I would not recommend this Chipotle. When you walk in, it’s tight and I mean tighter than when it was the Taco Bell. The decor is pretty standard, barren walls and ceiling which helps the sound bounce around in the short distance so it makes it maddening to talk to your burrito artist. Which is fine because their training must have scared them into not putting even the normal amount of toppings on your bowl or burrito. And might I add, it’s a fairly simple toppings selection which is smaller than a standard sandwich shop, but yet somehow is more complicated than basic algebra.

If you want what you order, make sure they make it in front of you. Placed a order for pickup. The two bowls we got were exactly the opposite of what we ordered so it seems like it was clearly intentional. The order is written down. However, rice was rock hard, beans and peppers were not even cooked and were hard. Then one tiny scoop of guac but was charged over four dollars for it. Maybe six pieces of chicken. $34 bucks for this. Don’t order for pickup. Clearly they don’t care about the orders.

I’ve ordered from here a few times and it’s embarrassingly bad. I usually eat at the other locations once per week, but I somehow get consistently terrible deliveries from this location. The order is never right, the ingredients are the opposite of fresh, and their support is the worst part. If you’re looking for a similar meal, go somewhere local.

I’ve been to this Chipotle multiple times and every time I come here the food is bad, portions are tiny, and the customer service is terrible. The most recent visit I showed up at 11 which means they should’ve been opened for at least 15 minutes. The doors are locked and an employee looks at me and shakes his head “no”. I waited until 1130 and got the same response. Do not come to this Chipotle. Very disappointing

I ordered two chipotle bowls and when they came and I opened them up the food was stacked to the right corner of the bowl barely filled, missing guacamole and lettuce. My food was also cold. What a waste of 30 dollars.

Ordered bowls both times for myself and another person (2 x’s) I’ve ordered ahead online. At pickup, each time I ordered, items were charged to my order but were out of stock: (Mexican coke, Fountain drink, chips). Once at home: The burrito bowls were not portioned out properly, the ratio of rice/beans/meat & other ingredients. The first time, the staff member at pickup was very good about attempting to make it up to me, they helped rectify the problem by offering queso/alternative fountain drink options. I was understood to believe that the manager is not doing their job regarding inventory/ordering supplies/ingredients. Allegedly the manager was notified by staff that there were items out of stock, and a suggestion was made to update the online site, the manager didn’t seem too concerned. (If the site was updated, it would turn away business because potential customers would see nothing they want is available). I eventually was so irritated by the service, I contacted customer support online and they refunded partial cost of my order and gave me a QR code for a free order of chips. Whooopdy do. This store is awful. Overall not impressed, & not planning to visit any time in the future.

6 Month Update: We tried it again. That was our fault. This Chipotle wins most tragic location. Seriously. Pittsfield is COMICALLY bad, they’ve had plenty of time to get their act together and haven’t. They are not busy enough to warrant the lack of service or the fact that they are seemingly out of everything at all times (again? or still.. Who is to say). The staff is still rude (to be fair, I’d probably also be rude if I had to work there, it does not seem to be a good environment). I’m generally relaxed about stuff like this but we certainly will not be back to this location.

Every time I go there they are either out of something or closed. I ordered a chicken burrito and they were out of almost all the toppings I wanted. Chicken was mostly fatty and inedible. I feel like I was overcharged for a burrito with barely anything on it. I decided to give them another chance because they are new and still figuring things out. I tried going 2 different times and they were closed. The third time I went they were open but once again out of what I wanted to order. I don’t know who’s managing that place but they need to get their act together. I won’t be going back. Hot Harry’s is much better value and their food is 100x better.
