What I love is that the food and service are predictably excellent. I was hungry and wanted dinner fast. When I got there were no lines, so I got what I wanted quickly but noticed soon after that there was a line. However, a better job can be done in keeping the dining area clean.

Easily the best Chipotle I’ve been to. The one near me gives everyone I know food poisoning, and every other one I’ve been to tastes like water. Friendly staff, making jokes. Only didn’t give 5 stars because the trash bin area was an unattended mess.

Me and a friend went in after ordering on the app. Somehow we messed up and The order went to another chipotle. The woman at the registere talk to the manager he made our food gave it to us with no issues. These guys went above and beyond insted of makeing us go to the outher store! we order here Because it’s the best chipotle around 10/10

BEST IN THE AREA!!!! Hands down!!!! I believe a friend posted of the same incident, but the Westfield and west Springfield location, do not have the portions, the quality control, or the order accuracy this location has. I had accidentally placed an order at the westside location as a result of an order that somehow didn’t get into my bag thru the app, and the manager over heard my and my friend saying how we guess we have to go back to west Springfield and deal with what we get, as the order was over $50. Manager said he’d cancel the order for us, and put us next in line. They’re good is better, and the service is great! Best chipotle I’ve been to I. Massachusetts!!!

I’ve never paid so much for so little food at chipotle. I paid for a double order of chicken on my burrito bowl. When it came, it had a small size normal order of chicken on it even though I paid almost 7 dollars extra for the extra one. And they left off my sour cream Last time I order out from there!!

I travel up and down the East Coast from Florida to New Hampshire eating at Chipotle’s frequently. The food taste and quality at this Chipotle met my expectations however the portion size was about the smallest I have encountered in my years of patronizing Chipotle’s. I wouldn’t recommend this Chipotle for a hungry person.

All the good food one expects from Chipotle, but the dining room was a dump (litter everywhere, dirty tables). And I had to wait while the chicken special and quest was prepped. All this despite staff standing around and the place was empty (early dinner). Disappointing place.

I used to love chipotle so so much . Haven’t gone in the past probably 2 years then we went for a hike at mount tom for work and went here for lunch and I got the same thing I always have gotten in the past …. Chicken rice cheese sour cream lettuce and some hot salsa. It was legitimately the saltiest food item I’ve ever had in my entire life it like burned my mouth it was so salty . I thought it was maybe my taste buds cuz I cook all my own meal prep and don’t use much salt but nope my buddy got the same thing and he took a bit and spit it out . Then tried one more bite to make sure and ended up throwing it out

Not the best experience I’ve had at a Chipotle. I ordered a quesadilla with three sides, one of the sides was missing. I had to walk up to the counter to ask for my third side, which they did give me without hesitation. Then I sit down to eat and the Quesadilla isn’t cut all the way. A bunch of the filling fell out while I was finishing the cut with a plastic knife. I would also say that the filling was too salty, but I ate it anyway. Then, when I went to dispose of my trash, all of the bins were overflowing, with customers having placed a pile of trash in that general area. Most of the tables were covered in tomato and cheese. Also, the employees were singing quite loudly and clapping while singing (while doing food prep?). I’m all for people enjoying their time at work but considering rest of this visit it was pretty off-putting. Overall though, the food was relatively good and I don’t regret going.

Went into this place last night for dinner and it was absolutely disgusting. Mold all over the soda machine and was flat and tasted like it sat in the sun for 10 hours. Do not go here. The staff was absolutely awful and the food was small and hard
