Must agree all the other 1 star reviews. Everything the reviews are saying is 100% accurate in my experience. Always out of ingredients, staff will close store anytime they feel like it, including when there are customers in line. If you go to this store your odds of actually getting a burrito are honestly about 50/50 don’t bother going to this location. I don’t know how their average score is still 3.5 stars should be much lower please fix this location.

My dad, sister, and I mobile ordered here for lunch. When we got our order, we saw that the bowls were only a quarter of the way filled. We went inside to complain, and the manager said “our regular portion size is 4 ounces, there’s nothing we can do.” We payed 9 dollars per bowl just to get the amount of food a 6 year old could eat.

The worst chipotle I have ever experience. Always out of things. If you order chips and it is out they don’t tell you and take your money. It is always a mess. Food is cold. Chips when they have it are stale. The manager either needs new management or work disciplining their staff. Waste of time, money, and health violations screams all over this place. Should be reported to the health department.

This place has gone down hill like a loaded cart. The quality went up and down. Or they are out of the major items. Chronic understaffing caused most of the issues imo. Order online and you get a half a portion

If I could give -10 stars I would. The staff at this chipotle are useless. They are side tracked and unfocused. Every time I come into this chipotle it takes a very long time, and there is always missing ingredients. It makes me sad because I love chipotle but this one ruins it for me. Chipotle should close this location or hire me as manager one day a week and I’ll get this place in order. How can you be goofing off when there are 10 dirty tables???

They put the wrong amount of food in the bowl twice. I had to remind them once. They didn’t mention they couldn’t take cash until we were at the register. Trash not cleaned up everywhere. The other photos should explain it all.

This was one of my most uniquely terrible experiences for any place I’ve ever eaten at. Right as I walked in I saw one of the workers rip a fat cloud all over the food bins and they called me a bum before serving me. When I asked for sour cream they told me to hold on and went to the back for a couple minutes before returning with a suspicious looking substance in it instead of sour cream. Safe to say I did not even bother trying my food then. When I said I wasn’t going to pay for that and walked out they tried to jump me in the parking lot and flipped me off as I drove off.

0/10. My first time ever ordering chipotle and the food was cold. I asked for utensils and they didn’t give me any so I wasn’t able to eat the rice. Asked for the special vinaigrette that comes with the limited time quesadillas, and that also wasn’t given even though it was all indicated on my receipt. Just overall mid food. And when I contacted customer service I was given a coupon for a free entree instead of a refund. As if I would EVER order from there again.

This is undeniably THE WORST CHIPOTLE. The manager is very rude and unliked by customers and staff alike. There is always a minimum of 5 ingredients that ran out and occasionally they will simply run out of everything by 4:00. I wish corporate would come and see how this chain is disgracing their brand. The manager needs to be fired asap she is a terrible and very unlikable person.
