Spicy spicy spicy compared to other locations. Mobile ordering on the app never goes smoothly here. Order never shows ready until they decide to update it hours later. So it’s always a crapshoot if I’m getting my mobile order close to on time or not. Trash always overflowing in the dining room.

Don’t know what these grown children are talking about. I think the portion of the bowls are perfect. I guess these people are used to eating super sized portions. Being a delivery driver for the area I order lunch for myself (I work out and the $11.70 chicken bowl I order is perfect for my macros, 70g of protein at 1200 calories) and also pick up orders here almost everyday. Seeing as other drivers are sometimes rude to them just as much as certain entitled customers, I am pleasantly surprised to see that the employees are still super nice to me. Some of these people giving the place one star need to chill out and grow up.

Don’t come here if you are black the WHITE FEMALE employees septum ring was so rude and had a stank attitude from the beginning and gave me like 2 crumbs of chicken then got mad when I asked for more! Prejudice racist employees you can tell as soon as they look at you! Food was decent and cashier was a cool guy but the white girls looked miserable and were so rude didn’t even smile. Never coming here again.

Ordered bowl and server asked what all to add and told her to add as she pointed items and i did say what i needed and in the end recd bill with two items charged as exyra and at no point she said this will cost extra and i found my bill going up $7 to $8 dillars so instead of paying $10 to 11 ended up paying extra 7 to 8 dollars!

Ordered on doordash, my bowl was literally half empty when I paid $19 for it, which is almost double what I pay in store which is fine but I expect the same quantity of food. In the midst of eating it, half of the bites were interrupted by chicken bones. Won’t be ordering from here again. Not okay.

Ordered a burrito bowl and kids meal – it was supposed to be my first takeout meal experience with my almost 1 year old… they got my order wrong, a veggie bowl which was covered with chicken. Coming home after running errands, looking forward to the meal that was fulfilled incorrectly, the disappointment was real. It’s not as simple as pushing the chicken to the side if you have religious dietary restriction. There’s no way for me to make a complaint aside from the chatbot that gave a credit for a drink! Adding insult to the injury. I would like a refund!

My wife ordered online. When I arrived to pick it up I was asked if it was in another name. Turns out our order was “stolen”. The manager did not care in the least bit. In fact, she made me feel like it was my fault they had to remake the order. The staff and management at this location is very sub-par. Go somewhere else.

Food use to be good until they got rid of the cook, great customer service from checkout but the old lady serving the food was very disrespectful, Sad how downhill the location is going. Guess it’s time for a location change Lunches at Moe’s w the girls from now on.

i absolutely love chipotle. but if this chipotle is the one near your area, order in person or use a delivery app like doordash or grubhub. i order on the chipotle app and my food was incorrect, i ordered a burrito bowl and they gave me a burrito. i went inside to complain and this one girl who was working gave me a attitude and said i was lying, then somebody else came to me and offered to make me a burrito bowl. i ordered chipotle in person and it was perfect and i ordered it on doordash it was perfect. Maybe that woman was untrained but she just sat around, and a group of her coworkers were joking around with her.

I’ve never had such a small burrito bowl in my life(and I’ve eaten hundreds from 30+ stores across the USA), they must have used a table spoon to make my meal. My mouth literally dropped when I opened the container- it was like an $11 dollar kids bowl. I couldn’t taste any of the steak I paid extra for. The grilled veggies was composed entirely of onion chunks (not a single pepper) There were about 25 corn kernels for the corn salsa and there was so little cheese it was encompassed by the sour cream. The guacamole was brown. I will never return to this location, ever. I wouldn’t have even paid 5 dollars for this dish.
