This location claims to open at 11am, but when I arrived shortly after that time they asked me to wait 10 minutes for food. No food had been prepared or put out in preparation for opening. I took my money elsewhere, ate, and 20 minutes later walked by Chipotle again. They were still turning away customers after being “open” for over 20 minutes! I’m thanking my lucky stars that I didn’t place a mobile order, otherwise I would have been stuck waiting or would have had to gone through an onerous refund process. Yikes.

Convenient to work. Usually out of something during lunch. This time it was chicken, last time white rice and chicken, the time before white rice and black beans. Some people leave due to this, I can adjust easily. Usually fast and polite, catering orders can hinder service pretty badly. Maybe its the size of the place and they can only prep so much, understandable. Food is always delicious, Ill be over weekly for my fix. Thank you!

Wow, such a horrible experience. This specific black OLD woman with rude attitudes, rushing me while i was trying to make another order with another young girl, she started literally screaming at me and then staring at me with a fake smile in her face. I understand she is a very problematic person who shouldn’t be working customer service.

Today i went to get some lunch at this location & experienced an employee being very rude to customers. i’m not sure what her name is, but i would not recommend putting her in the front working with customers. mocking accents, making smart remarks & being aggressive with the way she handled the food. you never know who your speaking too, so she needs to be careful treating the people the way she does!

Ridiculous service. The staff is so arrogant no pleasing at all. They were charging me $1.20 for just one plain hard taco. I said to the cashier Daijah that I work here and have got it previously lot of time just 30 cents each. She denied with raised voice and very rudely. I asked need to talk to manager colleague next to her told me she is manager and than finally got to know that manager was Mr. Smith. He showed no attention and no concerns they also gave me a bag with broken handle. No receipt I had to go back for it. Bad bad bad

Tried the new plant based chorizo and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately they didn’t have it all that long. Always filling and good tasting food from Chipotle. Line usually moves quick at Lenox. And you can’t beat coke in a bottle!

the past two days i’ve been highly disappointed in the location… yesterday supplies were out at 5pm !! today the man with the dreads and tattoos is super sweet but he is entirely too slow to be on the line especially in rush hour it took approx 10 mins for him to finish my one simple order definitely should be a cook… the food was super salty today also ! this location has got worse the more i go please fix. checking out i showed and scanned for my free drink and they said it didn’t work but my points scanned so i don’t know how that works but i feel you should please the customer any way possible especially if you see i redeemed it already
