We have always enjoyed good food at a good value at Chipotle. That said, it is becoming more difficult to enjoy eating here based on the service and long wait. Oh, we know how popular Chipotle is and are used to the long lines. But in times past those lines moved at a good pace. It’s too bad I didn’t take a picture a moment earlier when six people were standing at the counter and checkout and there was not one employee waiting on people. We were all just standing there waiting while the workers were crazy busy filling out s counter full of online orders. Chipotle is playing like the are a fast food place with shelves full of pickup order bags. Us inside customers are playing second fiddle. The seating area is filthy and the self service station has been unattended. I guess cleanliness and good service isn’t important when you can cash in on mobile orders.

We were thrilled when our town got a Chipotle restaurant, but this particular franchise has never really lived up to the hype or expectations. There is always a line, no matter the time of day it seems. It seems also that it is mostly due to a lack of enthusiasm of the workers behind the counter. No sense of urgency. It’s also obvious that they prioritize Internet orders over those waiting in line, which just slows down service for everyone.

If you order on the app, plan on arriving 15-20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time because mobile orders are never fulfilled on time here. Having to wait 15+ minutes in the store for your food totally defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. Clearly the staff is busy and overwhelmed with orders. If there’s a problem with staffing, pay them what they’re worth.

This place was filthy. Food scraps, napkins, and plastic utensils littered the floor and condiment/drink area. The trash cans were overflowing. All the tables were dirty. Young men on the line serving food had long hair swinging in their faces (shouldn’t they be wearing hair nets or at least tie their hair back or put it under their hat?). None of the servers greeted us or even gave eye contact. They all looked like they’d rather be anywhere else. This was my first visit to a Chipotle and I think it’s put me off ever visiting another. How can the health department keep this place open?

Don’t order online through a delivery app. Make sure you’re there to see what they put in your bowl/burrito because you are definitely going to miss out on items you ordered. Just open delivery bag to a bowl with no lettuce or veggies as well as no utensils or napkins. Understand it’s fast paced but still your job to get the order correct.

I usually don’t have much of an issue here but today was an exception. The chips were soaked in oil. So much that the chip bag was dripping. The guac had no flavor, just plain avocado with some cilantro. I tried to submit online feedback but “pepper” couldn’t find the number that was on my receipt. So here we are.

I was just at the lakeville location and they ran out of chicken al pastor and fajita peppers. Asked if they were going to put more on the line and the tall white kid was like, nah. This location is careless, their attention to detail is nonexistent, plus you hire teens that would rather have an attitude than just help out the customer. I think u guys need to honestly rethink your strategy considering this location is open till 11. Hopefully management sees this and wants to improve their google rating because they aren’t going up. I have never had a worse experience in any chipotle establishment. When I walked in at 2pm on a Sunday I counted 7 employees, tables where empty but dirty. No utensils or napkins. I ordered online with promised time of 2:10 and didn’t get my order until 2:35 no sorry or abutting for the wait. Won’t be stopping here again.

The burrito bowl was fine, the guacamole was brown so we passed on that. We went with chips and queso and the queso was gritty and we didn’t eat any more after the first chips. The chips were so covered in grease that we only could eat about 5 chips. When we went to throw out the chip bag, a puddle of grease had collected leaky from the bag.
