We have visited many Chipotle establishments across the U.S. The food taste was great. This particular restaurant would benefit from more training all around and better management.

To start, you couldn’t hear yourself think the music was so loud. The two girls working seemed to hate their job, no smile, barely spoke, they just starred at you as if they were asking what you wanted next. I sat down to eat and one employees phone alarm was going off for at least 10 minutes. constantly. I was hoping the food would make me forget all this but, boy was I wrong. To this specific store’s defense, Chipotle everywhere has always been warm garbage in a bowl but I fell for it again and gave them a shot. The rice was hard like it was overcooked, the steak had no flavor. My water was by far the best part of the meal. The chips were stale but, that’s honestly on par for all Chipotle’s so maybe they were trying to be on brand there. I will never go to another Chipotle for the rest of my life. 0 stars is my rating. Cherry on top, no paper towels in the bathroom.

My Family Absolutely Loves Chipotle In Tupelo, Ms. Every Time We Go We Have The Best Experience. That Was Not The Case Friday Night! I Got There A Few Minutes Before 9p.m. Ordered My Families Regular Meals 4 Bowls. They Had So Many Employees Just Standing Around Talking To One Another. So I Get The Rice And Beans They Barely Have Any Meat Cooked Ready To Serve. Get To The Rest Of The Ingredients That Literally Were Scrapping The Sides Of The Dishes To Fill My Order. Two Of The Four Bowls Got Cheese Two Didn’t. Remind You It’s Only 9p.m. They Close At 10p.m. The Guy Says We Just Got What We Got And Nothing More. There Were At Least 6 More Customers Behind Me. I Was Very Disappointed At The Whole Situation. Need To Train Your Employees Better!

The food here is great, but the customer service on the other hand is TERRIBLE. I have been here 3 times in the past month, and each time no one has not even acknowledged my presence until about after about 2-3 minutes. The third time, I left without even ordering. A simple, “Hello, someone will be with you shortly would have been nice.”

I came to this Chipotle because it is supposedly an allergy friendly place to dine. (Celiac). Upon ordering my food, I very politely asked the worker if they could change their gloves (I am allergic to wheat and she had just rolled up a flour tortilla with those gloves, which is a no-no for me). She glared at me while changing her gloves. Very rudely continued to ask me what i wanted to order. When I asked her if an item was gluten free, again, she rudely replied with “I have NO idea ”. Ok….so then she turns to the worker next to her and says, “Shes gonna ask you to change your gloves, because she has an “allergy”. Needless to say, at this point I was livid. I very politely, paid for my food, ate and left. (The didnt have any chips either, @ 6:00 pm.) i hope the owners and managers are reading the reviews on this place. I have eaten at Chipotle’s all over America. By far the rudest people when dealing with a food allergy. Heads up, we dont just pick a food allergy, it chooses us.
