Worse Chipotle in the United States. I hate that it’s in Memphis TN. One young man was serving up all the food from the start of the line to the girl who was putting on the top or folding he was walking the entire line. After a 20 min. wait, I reached the front of line. Out of rice brown and white. 8 min. wait on brown so I waited 2 min. for white. Out of black and pinto beans. He did offer to scrap pan. After another 2 min. pinto beans were ready. Poured them into rough looking pan that was in warmer. No chicken, beef, etc. wanted beef put got chicken, (shorter wait) it was a joke. I thought what else could go wrong. Then I get to check out. I scanned my apt. at register and asked the girl if it read it, she informed me that it did. Know more attention than she was paying to me I was surprised that she noticed. Of course, later when I checked my purchases, I saw it had not. I’ve eaten at these restaurants in 10 states but never ever had this kind of service. I WON’T BE BACK. ARE THEY TRYING TO RUIN THIS BUSINESS? I SO THEY ARE DOING A GREAT JOB. IF YOU’RE NOT READY TO OPEN “DON’T”

Have had nothing but great experiences with this Chipotle location. Have used the Chipotlane for online pickup twice now for our family order. Everything has been correct both times, large portions, food is ready when promised, and employees are friendly and attentive. We will continue to use this location as our preferred Chipotle in the area!!

I barely review because I would understand that it may be rlly busy than unexpected or short staffed. However, what’s the point of the drive thru pick up lane when they seem to make it when you arrive? I ordered my food an hour and thirty minutes before coming. I wasn’t able to get my order and had to get a refund because I would be late to work. This isn’t the first time either and thought it would be a one time thing.

We got food from here yesterday, and it was a disappointing experience. One of the ladies in the front might have been new, but in general they were very unorganized . There was no vinaigrette for my salad, and they had just opened. How do they already not have salad dressing? They also didn’t have veggies. There was a long line, and the service was slow. At least the food was decent but it could have had more seasoning.

Got to the restaurant at my proposed and suggested ready of 7:20. Waited behind one car to get up to the window. Didn’t get to the window until 7:33 and when I did, the lady asked for my name and I gave it to her. She told me that they were just starting on my order. 13 minutes after the app is telling me, your order will be ready at 7:20. So, waited at the window, watching them make my order and didn’t get my order until 7:45. Get home and no fijitas in any of my order, Not in the 2 quesadillas order or the lifestyle bowl. The portion size of the lifestyle bowl was small but that could of been of the missing fijitas veggies that we paid for.

Giving 3 stars because it’s a new establishment but for a Chipotle, the standards need to be raised! Workers weren’t properly switching out gloves, chicken was being way over salted and service time was long! Just a suggestion but while people are learning, staff more people and make sure they understand hygiene and properly cooked meats and chips! Hopefully things change!

At this location there is always a problem, whether it’s a long wait or missing items. I liked the location because it is close and has a drive thru. However, I do not plan to visit this location again.

We’re at Chipotle now. The food was good, but the dining area is filthy. I can tell that it’s not just from the day’s traffic by viewing the drink dispensers and its counter, as well as the floor. Several tabletops are dirty. Luckily, I had wipes and cleaned our table and booth. We may not come back to this location.

Ordered online for a 12pm pickup time. I get there and I give cashier confirmation and they told me someone had already picked up my order and she just looked at me? I asked if they could remake and they said they could. Someone from the back finally brings me out my order 20 mins later and I drive back to work because my lunch break is already pretty much over. I open my burrito bowl and the chicken is missing! I paid for the chicken and there was none in the bowl. Tried to contact the store and of course no one could help. Tried to go online with the chat and if course it “could not process my request at this time.” I get that this store just opened but none of this would have happened if someone would have checked who was taking my order!
