I was grabbing some stir fry intensities was surprised to find handcrafted drinks inside of Chin’s kitchen. They have really good Thai tea and honey boba here. The tea was strong and well balanced, there’s also lots of options for fruit teas and smoothies.

This place never disappointed me, ordered whole roasted pig one week in advance and it came out just as expected, tasted great and done on time. Customer services was great too very helpful.

The only restaurant I’ve found in Fresno where you can pick your own assortment of organ meets from hot steam trays at the counter and have them prepared and stir-fried for you on the spot. Much depends on who’s doing the cooking . but it’s generally very, very good. Great place, nothing around here quite like it.

Used to be good have the best pork intestine stir fry. They have the worst service they never pick up their phones, run out of food, they give your order to someone else if you manage to reach them on the phone, closed randomly on different days and random times. This place needs new management.

this place has been going down hill for a while now. they rarely have roasted pork in stock and when they do, its old. I got some that were still very cold on the inside, im pretty sure its from the night before and they just attempted to heat it up. i hope this place can recover, as the food and service is lacking which any long time customer can tell.

I order a whole roasted pork. Price was pretty decent compared to Pho 75 #2. I’m glad I ordered from Chin’s Kitchen because the whole roasted pork was delicious. It was well seasoned, juicy, and flavorful. I never liked eating whole roasted pork because it always tasted bland and too porky for me, but I really enjoyed eating this one from Chin’s. Customer service for great too.

Food is good…however, their service, especially if you call or order ahead, is not so great. They will literally forget and or sell your order to someone else the first chance they get(even when you’re on time) and then say to you, “o, we forgot your order(even though you did a deposit on it already), or lie to you that they called you back, but no one picked up, that they can’t do anything about it and just offer you an halfa**ed apology…so a little word of advice if you wanna do an order ahead of time by going in or over the phone, when it comes to the day/time you are picking up your order, call atleast 30 minutes before your pick up time, cause they might had forgotten it or, already sold your order…..that way, you don’t waste your time driving all the way there for nothing….

If MR. CHIN is not cooking your tripe for you…Don’t buy it. The consistency is not there! This place use to be my flavor spot. If he say he’s busy, meaning he doesn’t want you business. Very poor customer service.
