I dropped by yesterday for a pint of roast pork fried rice. The fried rice was exactly how I like it. Growing up fried rice was brown. Unfortunately it is often yellow on many other places and it just isn’t the same. It is for this reason that I plan to stop by again for more.

I’ve been eating Chinese for my whole life. I’m 64 years old and I ordered shrimp with lobster sauce, when they what kind of sauce I wanted I picked duck sauce, soy sauce and a container of the house made hot mustard. They wanted to charge me .40 cents. I have never ever paid for hot mustard!!! Won’t be returning to this establishment!!!

Hands down the best Chinese Restaurant in the area! They make legit good Chinese food that you can usually only find in the Queens area. One of my favorite dishes is their White Meat Sesame Chicken. I’ve tried a few different places but none of the restaurants make it the way Ching Lai makes it. I will be a forever customer with Ching Lai and highly recommend that everyone tries this restaurant, you won’t regret it! Thank you Ching Lai for always doing an excellent job with all your dishes!

New to the area and this place had good reviews. Workers were nice but food was partially a fail. A bit disappointing especially since I was really hungry. My order, aside from the shrimp which was suprisingly good, was not fresh, the house fry rice was made as though they totally forgot and just threw the toppings in on top, didn’t even mix it and the meats were too dry the soy sauce couldn’t help.

My normal Chinese place was closed so I decided to order from Ching lai, I got the hot and spicy pepper chicken and I am BLOWN AWAY!!! It is literally so good I’ve never tried it before this and I was definitely missing out. This will definitely be my new go to Chinese place!!! Staff was so friendly too

Took a chance on the place when passing through town since most places were closed since quarantine. The price was more than any place I’ve ordered before and when I reached back I realized she didn’t include my egg roll and even worse, the rice tasted like play dough & general tsao was too sweet with no real flavor. Worth the bad review. I’d keep my silence with a refund or do over but I won’t return.

Food is really good here. The portions are big and the food is really tasty. Sometimes it’s hard to find a good Chinese spot but I got lucky with this one. This place is also very clean. The owner is really nice and the staff is friendly as well. I defintely recommend this place!

Don’t use Ching Lai Kitchen in Deer Park. They have bugs in their fryer. We ordered last night and had a dead moth in the egg roll and antennas in the fried wontons. After throwing it away I decided to have some soup but saw black things in the soup too. I called this morning to let them know and he said he needed to see proof and the fact that we ate some of it already he was not willing to give us any refund! I spent $60! It’s all in the garbage and we’ll NEVER go there again!
