Asked for a small cup/container to put sauce in for a carry out order and the lady refused to give us one. She said to pour it on top of our food which I thought was very rude. Went across the way to Pizza 9 and asked them for a small cup and they were happy to give us one even though we didn’t buy anything. Chinex should start taking better care of your customers while you have some cause you’ve lost our business.

It’s ok. Nothing special though. Went twice and they under flavor the dishes. Second time asked for extra sauce and they refused. Honestly not going back but it is worthe a try.

My choice for Chinese food in Alamogordo. Food is fresh and you can mix up several entree choices. Choice of fried rice or two different noodles. I love the spicy chicken and the Mongolian pork. I almost forgot, portions are very generous!

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered 2 meat and fried rice. They were low on bourbon chicken. The woman in the front put 2 small pieces of bourbon chicken in my box and demanded me to pay. I asked her to open the box so I could see how much she put in. She freaken demanded I pay first before she opened the box and got an attitude with me. She tried to scam me. The kitchen guy came out with more bourbon chicken. And she still wouldn’t open the box. Demanding I pay first. She finally opened the box and it was 2 small pieces of chicken then she added more. I will never come here again.

Would usually give this place 5 stars cause the food is good but just tired of the attitude from the woman who runs the counter. Have been coming here back when jun and his brother ran the place and they had amazing attitudes towards customers and would do whatever to make sure you were satisfied. I have put up with this lady acting like you have ruined her day giving them your hard earned money so far but i will not be come back again.

Food is delish 92% of the time. I don’t like that they advertise for some food that they won’t serve all the time. Last two times I’ve went for coconut shrimp and they have it labeled and old but won’t make more. The lady who takes your order is always rude. I’m from out of town but when I go to Alamo, someone always wants Chinex so we eat there often.

Recently new. Heard about it through coworkers. I ended up trying it out and the food was actually very good. If something isnt on the hot table, they will make it fresh. Very very reasonable with prices, and generous with portion sizes. This will now be my go to joint for lunch, hands down.
