First of all, Chinese Express is cash only and takeout only. Please be aware!

Decent American-style Chinese and Thai food. Avoid trying to customize your order — just ask for menu items. The pricing is not clearly documented, but mains are $20 or $22 depending on your choice of meat. Fried rice is $4, white rice (included) is the default for mains.

If you crave for Asian Thai or Chinese, this place serves up pretty good Thai-Chinese meals. The noodles fried with chicken and the tom yam soup were flavorful and recommended. It’s quite pricey though.

The restaurant was really small but had great service and food. After a long day of hiking in Denali, we were really happy with the food we got. The food came quickly and was very warm.

I will start with there was hair in the sweet and sour pork. They were argumentative about our discussion about the hair in the food and would not refund us on the egg drop soup which smelled like old dish soap. Very disappointed on the 5 dishes of food we ordered and claimed a language barrier for our refund. We left the uneaten food on their table. It was a waste of 120 dollars and I see why they only take cash. Save your money and do not eat there. Huge disappointment !!

The food is super overpriced and it is CASH ONLY!!! For cash (assuming no taxes being paid) they can focus on some customers service and serving, but seems like there is no cost cutting. I bought the Lo-mein noodles. For $20 they hand you a small serving. The noodles were mushy, could not trace the egg that was requested, probably had to swim in all the extra sauce that the noodles floated in. It was not easy getting a receipt, a receipt that was hand written. Not impressed.

Cash only* Nice options, quick service, right in the middle of town too so easy to find. Sweet and sour was your typical red sauce you can get and any run of the mill location. It was good overall though and a nice sized portion.

While on a Prince Denali vacation my wife and I eat at Chinese Express. We found the food to be delicious and plentiful. The young lady who took our order was courtous and friendly and our meal was delivered just like we ordered. We highly recommend!

Breading on fried chicken was perfect and delicious. Our family ordered a variety of foods today and yesterday. I would say the Pad Thai was one of my favorites so far. Only downsides is the cash only, the slight expensive costs, and the crab ragoons had too much cream cheese filling for my liking.

Over priced, fried rice was blah with 1 tablespoon of stuff added to white rice. Orange chicken was very spicy but not much flavor. Mongolian chicken was barely edible. Chicken was over cooked, stringy and has no flavor. Worst Chinese food we have had in over 10 years. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! cash only. Maybe so people could not dispute it to the credit card for being so bad….
