I haven’t had a problem with my food, but I also always dine in (a surprise order sounds like fun to me!) These people are the nicest people ever, the prices are fantastic for the amount of food you get, and it is actually pretty cute inside. This place is becoming a weekly visit for me!

Every single time I do take out from Chinese Cafe my order is a surprise. Sometimes I don’t get a single thing that I ordered. I get food just not what I ordered. This time I got one ordered item and two surprise items. The food looked good and tasted good but it would be nice to relieve what I asked for and paid for.

I cannot say enough about the staff at this little spot. It was my first visit here. However, my mother is a regular visitor. They treat her with such kindness and respect. It really opened my eyes to how much this restaurant is part of the community. They care about their customers. The food came out fast. The Orange chicken was FABULOUS! My only complaint was the flavor of corn in the egg drop soup. I felt as though that took away from the traditional egg drop soup I am used to. That is just my preference. Keep making my mother smile. Thats whats most important.

We just moved to Washougal, and we’re glad to see there was a Chinese food restaurant near us. We were pleasantly surprised at how yummy the food was!!! Even my toddler loved how the veggies were seasoned! Can’t wait to try other items!

One of the last surviving old time businesses in Washougal. I even remember when they allowed smoking inside. So many places that I used to go in the 1900s have absolutely disappeared in old downtown Washougal. I enjoy swinging in here from time to time.

To go order I showed up 20 minutes later, when I got there, they told me it wasn’t ready, so I sat around for about 20 more minutes. The girl said alisha? The food was sitting there the entire time. The potstickers are literally gross. They’re not warm they taste undone inside? I can’t really explain It. I also asked for noodles with no protein, and they got noodles by themselves, no veggie. ( which I did want) maybe a miscommunication. Just really not impressed.

Ordered the lunch special Chicken Chowmein. It’s was 11.00 and did not include the soup with my to go. The chow mein, had none. They didn’t include the main ingredients. Food was hot and ready for pick up.
