It’s just alright. I got General Tso’s chicken, and the pieces were a bit small and bready. The rice didn’t have much flavor to it. All in all, it’s decent Chinese food for the price, especially considering the lack of options in and around Mount Airy.

The shrimp fried toast tasted like it just came out of the bottom of the sea seasoned with some extra extra salt. This fried rice was so bland no seasoning but the sweet and sour chicken was pretty good. They give you a pretty big portion but way way too much salt used.

The food is quite good with the benchmark meat dumpling having all the proper ingredients and flavor. (Many cut corners on this rather particular recipe). They stick with carry out but the owners seem very responsive as they put a fancy Covid “air lock” system in place very quickly when the shutdown started. It made us feel safe and that the owners pay attention to detail.

This was my 1st time going to the place for take out and I was very disappointed when I got home and started eating The pork fried rice had very little pork and a ton of peas carrots and onions. The shrimp egg foo young had about 3 shrimp in the one patty I had. The brown gravy was not very good at all. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Take out only, yet GREAT helpings, high quality food at lower than average area prices. Affordable lunch specials. The owners and their kids always super nice to me, treat me like family. I will drive 15 miles from Montgomery County or Frederick for their cuisine. Located in strip center, of middle to upper class, “redneck” Howard County/Baltimore exurb (very little racial diversity). BEWARE: Local drivers often, recklessly exceed posted speed limits.

I work right up the road, and have also tried hunan garden in eldersburg. But this place tops any Chinese place I think I’ve ever had. Staff is super friendly and the food is awesome, great prices and perfect portions. It’s my favorite lunch break stop.

Delicious string beans, wonderful tofu dishes. Saucy fried meat dishes are a bit corn syrupy tasting, and noodles including chow mein have decent flavor. Wonderful loving family runs the place.

Unfortunate waste of money, ordered General Tso, was nothing more than dough bits fried in a Mildy sweet spicey sauce. No real pieces of chicken, and I even asked the person if they used big pieces of chicken in the dish, they said yes, not true by a long shot. House fried rice, ok, had better and have had worse. Beef with vegetables, sauce tasted like it came out of a can, metallic taste, dish was inedible. Steamed dumplings, just were not good, sauce with was best part of the meal. It’s sad , there are not any decent Chinese restaurants in the area, since China Taste closed in Mt.Airy. Hoped it would be as good as I had been told, it’s not…….

The food is not very good. The Fried Rice was yellow and did not appear to be fried at all. It was very bland. I used to eat here years ago and stopped when the quality of the food went downhill. I decided to try them again to see it they have improved. They have not. I do not recommend them, sorry to say.
