I walked in around 6pm and ordered special fried rice with chicken wings and the rice seemed to be from the morning and just heated up. It was dry and hard and only had roughly 4 pieces of shrimp. I would expect if you walk in, to get fresh food made at the moment.

I just ordered some food from this place, roasted pork fried rice. I think I have never been so disappointed with food in my life, I mean, how can you screw up fried rice????? First of all, for some reason, it was yellow rice, I never found the pork, I guess he was off today; the veggies were on sick leave I believe, because I only saw a couple of peas and a lonely piece of carrot. Don’t make the same mistake I made, find some other place.

The food is excellent. I ordered the chicken with vegetables and pork fried rice. Everything was fresh and the vegetables were crispy, the sauce is delicious. The fried rice is the best I have had here in naples. Will definitely be back!!

Update 12/26/22 Ordered online, always polite fast service, the young lady who took my order even called me back to confirm the kind of rice I wanted with my orange chicken,that’s called ” great Customer Service” the prices are affordable and food is always hot and tasty, as a customer who has health issues I appreciate being able to order and know it’s going to be fresh and hot .thank you . looking forward to eating again ..keep up the great service, and FYI if you want the best service, it really is best to purchase in person or call directly and pickup, I’ve never ate or had an issue and they are fast and efficient.. my favorite takeout Chinese to go treat.. *

The food was great well prepared. I however did not like the customer service. The woman was being friendly with everyone but when I got up to the counter to order my food she was very short with me. She didn’t not give me my drink that came with my meal either. I like the food but it’s also about the customer service. Treat others how you would want to be treated it’s that simple.

It’s a shame I can’t leave zero stars. I’ve been eating here for 6+ years and the last 3 times we’ve ordered the order has taken nearly TWO HOURS to arrive when they say it will be there in 60-65 minutes. It has never been this way in the past. They were usually the fastest thing to order and the food would always arrive hot. Now it takes two hours to get cold food. What is going on?! It used to take 25-30 minutes max! I will not be ordering here again. You lost a regular customer.
