I will never be ordering from this restaurant again. My first issue occurred when I was picking up my order. I walked in, placed and paid for my order, the woman at the window told me it’ll be 10 min. I come back to pick up the order only for the same woman that cashed me out try to get me to pay for my order again. My second issue occurred when I got home to eat. I ordered beef fried rice..the beef wasn’t fully cooked. I called the restaurant to get my rice replaced they seemed annoyed at the request but offer to give me another order of rice. I opted to get the chicken fried rice. The chicken looked undercooked as well. I should have taken a pic of the beef fried rice but I’ve included a pic of the chicken fried rice.

I ordered $39 and change worth of Chinese food this time. The other two times I ordered $51 and $47 almost $150 worth of food in 2 and a half weeks and I only received a free soda one time. I had no idea that anything over $35 I’m supposed to receive a free soda so I called and told them that I didn’t receive a free 2L soda I was told that I didn’t ask for one and I said but why do I need to ask for one it says you get a free 2 L soda soda with orders over $35 I’ve only received one free 2 l soda I would like my soda please and I was told it’s too late I didn’t ask. This is a complete rip off you spend enough money for everything these days including food and to be told that you are not entitled to something that they are giving you, because you’re being ripped off. I will no longer order with them and you should not either because they will rip you off also.

The food here is really good! It’s fresh and made to order, I have gone here several times and never had a problem. There is no place to eat in and it kinda looks like a dump with the partitions set up for COVID but the food is still good! I recommend them if you’re in the area

I made an order 2 hours ago to call and have them tell me I had to wait 20 more minutes. I canceled the order I don’t want cold food. I asked would you eat cold food the guy answered yes we eat old food .. What kind of answer is that. I will never order from them again.. wasted money and time.. the food is not all that great anyway.. simply bad customer service.
