I ordered pad thai to-go an to start they have the wrong container for this Togo food leaked everywhere on my car, second the pad thai was very vinegary and salty. Not coming back.

Best General Tso’s I’ve ever had. The texture of the chicken had a certain crisp to it. Was not soggy like a lot of restaurants. The broccoli was perfectly cooked. Also the portion size matches the price. I would definitely recommend it. Very underrated. 5 star rating cause I cannot give out 6.

First time I ate at China Way Express was one month ago. The lady that took my order was very nice and helped me decide what to get. Forget what it was but was combination. Made a mistake getting shrimp. Second time was today for lunch. A man took my order and wasn’t friendly. I got hot and sour soup and a egg roll. Both were good. I also got general cho’s and didn’t care for it. Not much taste probably because not much sauce. Prices seem a little high. I probably won’t go back.

staff was beyond friendly and speedy, if we’re talking positively. the chicken I got was fairly good too. my only bicker is that they didn’t warn me about broccoli being included with my food… plus my rice got literally swamped with sauce and ruined the flavoring… not a bad place just think it could be a little better.

First visit. I only found the restaurant because of someone’s recommendation. Even though I’ve been through the area dozens of times I would have never seen it from the road. The interior is clean and spacious, with good seating. The menu has a broad selection of dishes and sides. You order at the counter, and take the meal to your table. The staff was very friendly and made substitutions (white meat), without hesitation. I ordered the dinner size General Tso’s chicken with fried rice and an egg roll. The portion size was generous enough that I needed a box for leftovers (something I never need). The food was fresh and hot with very good ingredients. I will definitely return to sample more of the menu. The only negatives I found was that there is a charge for drink refills, and those drinks are Coke products. Of course, one of these is biased by personal preference. The food makes looking for the restaurant well worth it.

I have driven from Lancaster, Ohio to get the Pad Thai here for almost ten years. It has been the best deal around, and great quality food. Today, I got two orders and I was terribly disappointed. I always called in my order and the women at the register not once asked me if I wanted large or small order. Today, a man asked me. I didn’t know they had a large or small. I ordered the large. It wasn’t any larger than what I normally recieved, but it was ten dollars more for the two orders. That wasn’t the only change. The Pad Thai wasn’t good. The shrimp wasn’t fresh, and the food was saltier, and had more vinegar taste. Sooo disappointed! Crappy food at higher prices. I explained to the man at the counter that I had never been asked to choose what size. The women who answered the phone were always congenial and accommodating. I don’t know who this man was..perhaps a new owner..but, his demeanor is not for customer service. I won’t be back!

For fast Chinese food this place is good! Note on the food app to purchase (door dash or grub hub I can’t remember) it doesn’t say it comes with rice. The entrees do. We ordered extra rice because we weren’t sure.

Incompetent. We went and had a to go order. What Chinese restaurant doesn’t put any eating utensils or soy sauce in with the order. Nothing but the food. I got back to my hotel with bland chicken fried rice and nothing to eat it with. Yay! Great way to do business. I can say that I have never had this happen on to go order ever. My fiance on her order, same thing. It is like they didn’t even try.

I have lived in Columbus for about 6 years, and have continuously searched for a Chinese Restaurant that I liked all of my favorite Chinese staples; Crab Rangoon, Egg Rolls, and General Taos’s. China Way has exceeded my expectations. It was incredible, every bite. Now, to be fair I had a 3 hour wait to get my food from Grub Hub, which was absolutely no fault of China Ways at all. I was in touch with them the entire time. After waiting over 2 hours for my food, Grub Hub had to cancel my order because they could not find a driver to pick it up, even though on the phone they called a driver and said he was almost to the restaurant. Anyway, after they cancelled I called DoorDash, to pick up my original order. I told the restaurant the whole time to not remake it, I will just reheat it when I get it because none of this was there fault. I had it from doordash within 40 minutes and it was beyond hot and delicious. China Way remade it!! And I am not saying this because China Ways customer service was exceptional, but their food was just as exceptional!!!!
