I recently moved into Naugatuck and I chose Chinatown Kitchen as a quick restaurant to go to if I’m craving Chinese food. So far I had no negative experiences with anything, the prices are quite fair, and delivery is quick. Pickup is also really quick, and when it is busy, the food still arrives hot. Love it.

Wow! First time I have been impressed with Naugatuck Chinese food. I’ve tried 3 other Chinese food places in Naugy, and was never impressed. Everything was cooked to perfection and flavorful, and I found the portions to be generous. I had no trouble ordering online, and our food arrived fast. I also forgot to add an instruction to my order and had to call, and the gentleman on the phone was helpful and courteous. This place will be my go-to from now on!

The brutal reviews are relatable to my own experiences. My wife likes the place and I have no idea why. The food has been okay in my own experience, nothing to recommend. I learned not to order seafood from a Chinese bodega, you will get almost nothing with your rice if you do. This place is no exception to the rule.

If I could give no stars I would. I was told 15 min wait it was 20min they acted like they didn’t know what I ordered. I had to call the cops just to get my money back not to mention I saw the lady touching someone’s food covid is still going around and either way touching someone’s good is nasty.
