I’ve eaten here several times & loved it until today.. Ordered online for delivery. 1 sesame chicken COMBO for $11.40 (which says it comes with 1 egg roll) & 2 chicken egg roll for $ 2.49 (as it shows on their online menu) & in instructions I asked for all white meat chicken & extra cups sweet & sour. My order came with only 2 egg rolls, 1 half filled cup of sweet & sour sauce & all DARK meat in my entree. When I called & told them, they said that $2.49 was for just the 1 extra egg roll (even though their menu says differently!) and you only get 1 cup sweet & sour no matter how many egg rolls you order & white meat would be $3 more – which would’ve been fine but it says that no where online nor gave me the option other than in special instructions, where I put it. They offered no solutions or apologies – could’ve cared less I got shorted 1 egg roll, and a meal I couldn’t even eat!! Horrible customer service!!
