Was a frequent customer with this restaurant until found mold spores in hot and sour soup. Called to ask for refund and was told to bring back to store, once arrived counter attendant proceeded to argue with me that it was not mold and was very argumentative. Advised that did not feel comfortable eating there any longer and questioned their sanitation practices. Buyer beware of this location, don’t ask for a refund or you will be met with heavy defense.

This is my family’s Chinese take-out restaurant of choice. The food is always made fresh, the dinner servings are perfect for when your hungry, and you’ll even have some left over for lunch the next day. They are always timely with our orders and we are always satisfied when we’re done eating.

We ordered take out around 6:30 p.m. and didn’t sit down to eat till 9:30p.m. I was very disappointed. My food was burned and was given fried shrimp not cleaned. I called the restraunt to request a refund due to the quality and the man I spoke with was rude and argumentative.Told me because we didn’t eat the food right away that is how it was burned. The customer service is terrible and they have lost a once loyal customer that was willing to drive over 30 minutes to buy food from them. Buyers beware!

The food here is really good & it can look deceiving because honestly the inside of this place is so plain & boring. Like white walls, basic looking tables, hardly any decorations. We did enjoy the food here though so we will most likely eat here again but I probably wouldn’t eat in the restaurant

Place has so many 1 star reviews and I see they “scam charge also”. (Charged me for untouched fried rice I didn’t want) Had to be THE WORST Chinese take out I ever had. The rice tasted crunchy as if it wasn’t prepared all the way. I will not ever return and I left a tip. Never again. First time there. And I ended up throwing 75% of the food into the trash container at home. Terrible food.

I recently found China Star for delivery. It’s the closest thing I’ve found to New England style Chinese restaurants. Boneless spare ribs are great. If you go for the General Tso or Sweet & Sour chicken, ask for the sauce on the side. It makes a big difference on takeout or delivery.
