The food is some of the BEST Chinese my wife and I have had. The owner (head chef) comes out and talks with you and makes you feel welcome! Will make dishes that are not on the menu for his customers. Some of the BEST Crab Rangoon we have ever had and fresh. The vegetables and meat are fresh and very tasty!!! Definitely try it you will not regret it!!!!

It was better than I thought it would be. The Mongolian beef had really good flavor as did the Chow Main. I didn’t care for the egg rolls so much.

This is a review for China Palace which recently opened in Carson City, Nv. I expected a buffet like our regular spot which used to be there, but i was dissappointed, no buffet. Now for the actual review after my rant. When we walked in, i noticed the nice decor with a quiet relaxing vibe. The waitress was nice and efficient. She was quick and the food was out quicker then I expected. The hot and sour soup was good even though spicier then I’ve had before, which I enjoyed. I had the General Chicken which came with an egg roll, a fried shrimp and rice. The fried rice wasn’t seasoned enough, but that’s usually the case with fried rice. The egg roll and shrimp was good. The general chicken had barely a hint of spiciness, which I’m used to it being more spicy. My biggest problem with it is that it tasted more like orange chicken then general chicken. But it still tasted good. I also tasted the the sweet and sour chicken which was good. Another negative is you only get one free soda refill or they charge extra.

First time visiting since the new owners took over. Restaurant was clean and the newer decor is nice. Not very crowded, maybe because it was the day before Thanksgiving? Our wait staff were the owners I believe. Food was very good and hot. Took longer than expected but not too bad. Everyone at our table said their meal was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. I’d like to try the lunch specials. We didn’t however see anyone that was Chinese at this Chinese restaurant. No worries though. Give it a try.

House of fried rice, BBQ pork chow main, and eggfoyoung. Every dish we ordered was exquisite. Very polite staff and the chef came out to ask how everything was.
