this morning I decided to order shrimp dumplings for the first time for something light because I’m sick. The dumplings had a horrible retched smell and the dough was so chewy more like a momo or as if they didn’t cook long enough. They also gave me the wrong shrimp and broccoli and spread it over brown rice instead of white. I waited 45 minutes and than another 45 minutes.

Not sure what changed recently but this place is back to being on point and when I place a delivery order it always arrives in less than 30 minutes, even during lunch hour. I always say I’m gonna venture outside my comfort zone but usually end up going with my tried & true favorites – Shrimp in Garlic Sauce, Shrimp Lo Mein, Bourbon Chicken, Shrimp Toast & for hubby Egg Rolls. The Shrimp in Garlic Sauce is marked as being spicy but trust me, it’s not and I always forget to ask them to add a little more heat. The shrimp are a nice size while the ones in the lo mein are a bit smaller and the bourbon chicken lasts me for days, kinda have a feeling they’re adding red food color to the dish though. They have lunch specials that run to 3:30 so if I’m planning on having this for dinner I usually order before that cut off time to save a few bucks for nearly the same amount of food

Best Chinese food in Rosedale! Don’t waste your money ordering through 3rd party apps, order from their website for $1 delivery fee. We eat here all the time. We get delivery mostly but sometimes just pop in and place an order. They are fast and courteous and the waiting area is clean. We love China 1 and have never been disappointed. The deliveries come quick and are always correct. The best deal is the family deal or the $11 combo plates that come with an entree, fried rice and an egg roll. I have never had a bad experience with the service or quality/quantity of food

Trash food for a trash neighborhood. I’m working on a rental property and this was the closest restaurant. First of all, they advertise a lunch special – but you don’t get that. You get a dinner special for about $11 at 12 noon. The food made me really sick and had to stop working. Today I have the Hershey squirts. Got the General Tso’s chicken. It did not taste like chicken, despite advertising spicy it was overly sweet. General Tso’s chicken should not have any hint of sweetness. The fried pork rice was off. The egg roll was a spring roll. And there is no drink.

Unfortunately I have never had the opportunity to try their food. It saddens me to say I never will. I ordered an order through doordash and the items were nothing like the pictures. I brought an egg roll and received egg rolls, amongst other things. My order was incorrect. I called them to rectify the issue and they proceeded to explain that the pictures on doordash were incorrect. Therefore, false advertisements. I called 3 times. The first time they transferred me over the manager and it went to voice mail. The second time I asked them not to forward the call and get someone to the phone because it goes to voicemail and they did it anyway. Finally, the third time someone actually helps. After explaining the miscommunication the individual further insinuate they can not refund or fix my order! The customer service was the not greatest. I hope your experience will be much better than mine.

AVOID THIS PLACE. The general tso’s chicken I got on new years day tasted spoiled and rubbery. The food my wife got made her sick. I kept some of my leftovers to see how it would taste and it got even worse.
