idk why there are so many complaints on here. they always get my order right, and it’s always ready by the time I get there, which is always within 15-20 minutes. every once in a while, there’s a minor issue in quality or accuracy, but nobody’s perfect. and my good experiences*far* outnumber negative experiences.

The food quality is good. The lady behind the counter seems like she needs something in her life that nobody could possibly give her. I don’t get her. Just plain rude. Well ordered my food and noticed that the bill seemed a little high. Went to store to shop and told her I’d be back for it. They used to stuff the trays. Now you barely get anything and on top of the lack of food it seems she overcharged me by like 13 dollars. So I got home added it up. Ordered 2 general tso chicken combo platters 1 house lo mein and an order of steamed dumplings so my order should have been like 41.00. Somehow it came our to almost 55.00. After the way the lady came off I didn’t even feel like going back to tell her. I also put a 5 dollar tip in their little jar. I feel robbed. The lack of consideration for their customers is a little overwhelming and hopefully this lady seeks out some professional help to learn how to be a nice person. It’s free to be nice and maybe she should try it sometime.

Gonna sound like a Karen but that’s ok because this is the WORST Chinese “restaurant” I have EVER been to. The woman behind the counter is the most unpleasant woman you’ll ever meet. I got the beef lo mein and I don’t know what the meat was but I promise you it did not taste like beef. Gave it a second chance and ordered on grub hub only to curse myself for it because the same lady was trying to say I didn’t pay for my food and was telling me to come in and pay in person and got a huge attitude when I tried to explain that I had already paid (VERY nicely). She then “got it figured out” and told me okay she’ll make it. IMMEDIATELY after getting off the phone, I get a notification that my order was canceled. She is rude and unprofessional and she has no business working with customers. The food here is no where near good enough to be dealing with all of that in the first place!! -20/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS “RESTAURANT”

The lady in front is absolutely horrendous! She is so rude and I bet my dog has more manners than that lady. The food is okay, but when I ordered the vegetable lo-mein, (sorry if I spelt it wrong) and the shrimp with garlic sauce, it is supposed to come with rice and they didn’t even give me the rice that is supposed to come with it. Even on the phone the person who was speaking when I told them about the rice situation, all they said was, “sorry-sorry- I will give a free rice when you come back.” But the order ALREADY comes with rice and the audacity of how they just said sorry like they didn’t even mean it. The wings were drier than a Popeyes biscuit, and the egg rolls taste like flour. The check was 50 dollars for all of the food that I ordered- woah. This place used to be so good back then and I am highly disappointed. Never returning!

Everytime i go the rice is super hard and Last time i went to pick up 2 orders they charge me $6 for tips and i asked them and they didnt know what was it for and i never got my money back.

Ordered a quart of general Tso’s with 3 egg rolls. I got a meal, which comes with an egg roll, and an extra egg roll. The order was wrong, the food was way overcooked (had a burnt taste to it), and the sauce was very bland. The customer service has always been the worst I’ve ever experienced. I only kept going because at least the food was good…. Such a disappointment!

Yes yes and yes, as everyone before me have mentioned, the person (lady) behind the counter is absolutely the most unfriendliest person I have ever met. Rude over the phone and in person. Just waking in there you can feel her hatred for her job and/or people. Food is alright.
