Service was great. Decorations were fun. Food was very meh. I tried the orange chicken and the bird’s nest dish that had shrimp, scallop, and beef in it. Both came with a small dish of jasmine rice. On the bright side, the scallop texture was great and the orange chicken was only lightly “orange” flavored!

This restaurant was never our original plan.. but I am so glad we pulled in. The staff was so cool, my son actually was feeling car sick and they were very accommodating. Then we sat at a family style table behind a larger than life Buddha with the large lazy susan for sharing dishes. We ordered dinner for six and all dishes were excellent especially the China Moon Delight. It was one of our favorite places on the trip.

Usually pretty good. Disappointed tonight Mongolian Beef was swimming in a water sauce.

We really wanted to like China Moon and I absolutely hate giving meh reviews. The atmosphere was nice and appropriate although a bit dated. We were the only lunch diners in a pretty large place which is always a concern. Prices for all the lunch items were low. We had pot stickers which were huge, but just didn’t have the slight crunch and spice we prefer. Soup appetizer was pretty standard and the egg role was a little above average. The main dish (garlic chicken) was disappointing, the chicken was gristly and rubbery, the sauce generally bland and in general I felt the dish was just uncared for. Attention to detail matters. If the food was a touch better this place would be great. No complaints on the service. I would recommend they cut their menu, focus on the food and the customers will come back.

The duck was absolutely terrible. They took random leftover chunks of with bone and everything, and just tossed it in the takeout box. It is dry, with a ton of assorted bone fragments. This is, by far, the worst duck I’ve had!

Everything I’ve tried here is amazing. My personal favorites are sweet and sour chicken for entree and plum blossom for an adult beverage. Egg rolls and crab rangoons cooked to perfection. Love this place.

This is the cleanest Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to. It is so cute and cozy. Customer service was great and the food was tasty. I had Sesame Chicken, fried rice, hot and sour soup, and a crab ragoon. Portion was perfect for lunch and under $10 if you don’t order drinks (water was tasty not rusty tap city water).

Our group was surprised the rating isn’t higher!! We had excellent servers, great atmosphere, delicious food, yummy fun drinks! Plus, you cannot beat the prices

All around an unimpressive place. Sesame pork was good, sesame chicken was fine. Lo mein has good noodles, but a little soggy. Rice isn’t sticky and is more like mush. Portion sizes are smaller than a normal Chinese restaurant. Had a soft drink and was never offered a refill, even though they weren’t busy. Owner seemed in a hurry to get us out even though it was 5:30pm and no one there. A solid 3-stars is slightly generous. This is one place we will not be going back to. Oh, and we both got sick an hour later…

The food is not up to temp. The sweet and sour sauce tasted rancid. The food was cold, plus the staff never spoke to anyone while I was in there unless they were paying. Do not go, anywhere else around it is safer.
