Moraga is one of the last places on earth that you would expect a decent Chinese restaurant. But here you go. Believe me or not, China Moon actually has a pretty good reputation among the Chinese in the area. It is not fancy. It is just simple, authentic, honest Chinese food run by a very friendly Chinese family. It is very reasonably price. The portions are huge. The Chinese ‘to go’ food we ordered was much too salty, including the egg noodle soup-loaded with msg(monosodium glutamine). Too pricy for that level of food quality.
