My husband cooked seafood for us but we needed a side and ordered shrimp fried rice. It was the best most flavorful fried rice either of us have ever had in our nearly 70 yrs. We will be trying a few others items next time. If it’s as good as the fried rice China Moon will be a weekly regular.

Ordered here numerous times and food has been consistently delicious but tonight suddenly our routine dishes were so spicy that half the family could not eat their meals and we received NO condiment sauces with our takeout order…no soy sauce and no duck sauce for an order that contained egg rolls and shrimp rolls. A very disappointing experience

Kids working the front weren’t very inviting. Found a piece of metal in my food soon as I got home.

Ok like another post I read no good Chinese in Jackson. Very true. We order online about a month ago it it was amazing the best We had anywhere asked for extra spicy and it was. Tried again 2 nights ago spent $127 and the only thing good was the spare ribs, the soup and egg rolls. Gens chi was so dried out it was like leather balls, horrible, shrimp with lobster sauce was like a salt lick and had no ground pork in it.

It’s a shame that they doubled their prices. A small vegetable fried rice that I get somewhere else for $4.50 is $9!! I used to pay $8 for a large. They even started charging a fee for a small hot oil that’s normally free at any Chinese restaurants.

I live in Jackson NJ and frankly … there is no good food, especially chinese, in Jackson. I was referred to China Moon by a good friend and man i have to give credit to these people. The food is the best ive had short of Peking Pavillion. Whether you believe in the COVID-19 hoax or not, you have to give respect to how they are conducting their service. The take every precaution you could ask for and their directions are clear and concise. The professionalism from the madam i spoke with on the phone was service you just dont find at places like this. Very happy with the food and probably even happier with the respect and service given. Highly recommend this is now my official go to chinese place

Had the chicken and broccoli, was very good nice cuts of chicken. Rice was nice and moist not under cooked. Wonton wasn’t bad either. Also a big plus, the staff were super nice.

Did was prepared quickly and came out nice and hot. The staff was extremely kind. Dumplings and soup were delicious. One of the better Chinese food experiences I’ve had in the freehold/Howell area.

To start on China Moon, they literally have over a hundred options, so they’re with trying at least twice to cover the variety they offer. And that’s only if you didn’t already love them after the first time. The food is absolutely incredible. Their flavor is full enough that you can actually taste the ingredients themselves. Compared to most other Asian restaurants, that is a blessed change to not merely taste a single overpowering component of a dish. They are also extremely affordable. Their combos are a perfect meal without breaking the bank, and their regular entrees give you a lot of bang for your buck. Interior wise, they are also a very clean restaurant. There was not a speck on the tables or counters. Also, I forgot to even order ahead as recommended, but my order was still prepared swiftly. Overall it’s a fantastic place for any Chinese food lover regardless of price range. They will definitely be seeing me and my family again.

Since China King was closed due to the pandemic, we were looking to try another Chinese food place to order to take a break from prepping a meal tonight. We ordered our usual, what we would order at China King. Chicken broccoli and white rice and Boneless spare ribs. We assumed that each comes with rice but to our surprise we get home only to see that mine had rice( only because I asked for it otherwise possibly no rice for me too) and my husband’s ribs came with no rice. We thought it was simply a mistake and decided to call them back and again to our surprise, she tells us that the meals we ordered don’t come with rice that’s why it came to $23. Even though it says on their menu that each entre comes with rice. So she continues to say that its a “side” and it comes separately. We paid $23 for chicken broccoli, ribs, white rice and $10 more for another “side” of rice which my husband had to step back out to go pick up.. The food was so bland… Wouldn’t have minded paying so much for Chinese if it was at least good. But man… we won’t be buying here again unfortunately. If she would’ve mentioned that to begin with we would’ve went elsewhere. Or I would’ve definitely made an effort to make a home cooked meal! $34 for Chinese when we pay $18.50 at China King for the same exact thing and they don’t charge separately for rice. And their food is AMAZING!!
