worst Chinese ever and no and no attemp to fix issues. We totaled our car so had to use door dash. up imy family normally goes to yaus chow in wheeling on mcheney. Our call to therm was that was first time ordering from them. We do not say anything about a company or bad. Reviews unless it’s horrible and inedible. We called as was told to call some lady my husband was so upset has broken ribs in pain since our car was recently totaled. To boot my 10 yr old son who love Chinese egg rolls and rice was vomiting after a few bites. I hope to have them reach out but we spent close to $60 and we are a poor struggling family this was a treat we were allowing ourselves. No flavor on soups. Egg drop was far from decent. Chicken in multiple made ways were dry ( I never had dry chicken in Chinese.dry chicken was a suppose egg rolls were worse than any grocery store egg rolls with a heavy basil taste. I told them to come n get thier food cause I just flushed $60. I hope they contact me to at least share the cost n charge me half and they can have their food. What’s a frustrating is they tried to blame door dash which was the only thing done right. Door dash doesn’t season over cook and all in all make all products gross and inedible. If I have an update o will provide thier response to this complaint. Klcintron. I would NEVER SUGGEST TO WASTE UR MONEY HERE HORRIBLE. GO TO YAUS CHOW MCHENEY IN WHEELING IL MUCH BETTER. Best to order in beginning of lunch and dinner or u may get previous shifts remaining food and u may b disappointing. 11 am or again 5 pm are best times to order from yaus chow. Good luck.

I ordered the sesame chicken lunch special. The pictures of the food on the menu show a different product, and what I got was Chicken in sweet and sour sauce with a little sprinkle sesame on top. The fried rice, the chicken, the broccoli, and the egg roll are all flavorless. The cooking area of the restaurant was not filthy but it was not the cleanest. I will not be returning.

My husband and I have been ordering take out – delivery for more than 2 decades from China Kitchen. I don’t believe we ever had a bad meal. China Kitchen is extremely accommodating (egg white only for egg foo young and also large shrimp, no MSG etc) They have always honored whatever requests we have had. In fact, we will be ordering from China Kitchen soon. We have had typical chicken dishes, soups, egg foo young, Mongolian beef) and all have been great. The last Mongolian Beef was outstanding and had a lot of tender lean beef in it. Their delivery has also been fast and if they are delayed, they will give me the time (which they are always early). I won’t question other folk’s experience but I don’t really get it. This is our go to for Chinese Food. I do agree they do skimp on the rice. I just order 1 extra. Also, China Kitchen is extremely nice on the phone to us and I believe they recognize our address & the fact we frequently order. We typically don’t order egg roles that often (which are one of my favorites from there) and often times they will just throw them in for free. We have frequented many Chinese restaurants and we continually order from here. The quick delivery is one of the best parts. Thank you China Kitchen.

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life. Looked bad. Tasted worse. Orange chicken was so bad. Dry and it seems like it was never even in the same room as an orange.

Staff and service were friendly and quick. Ordered sesame chicken lunch special for take out, when I finally had a chance to open it, it appeared to be sweet and sour chicken. I rolled with the punches but when tasting the chocken it had zero flavor, no sweet, no sour, no sesame, just chicken that could have spent a little extra time in the fryer. Tried the fried rice and same experience no flavor. In the end I tossed the whole thing out.

The staff is friendly and quick. Prices are decent however the Sesame Chicken i ordered tasted more like bad sweet and sour sauce. Coated all the veggies and rice too. The eggrolls were bland, however the crab rangoon was really good, so I wold recommend that if anything.
