This is the one of the very few Chinese restaurants i like to dine into….It thankfully doesn’t have that stench that always makes me puke when ever i enter any Chinese restaurant….the place is clean and they provide a very large meal for the price they charge it’s value for money….once me and my husband went there a little early in the morning and decided to wait in the car cuz it opens at 11:00 am believe it or not i saw so many people waiting outside the restaurant….it’s definitely worth the hype must try it once

we literally found plastic in the chicken… so disgusting i can’t even. this place needs to be shut down asap.

Update – December 2021: The chef changed. The flavor and sauce taste different. Even the rice taste different. The sauce and flavor taste bland. The rice is sometimes really mushy (too much water). Really not as good as before, super disappointed. The staff is still friendly….just the food is not so good.

This Chinese place is definitely no-frills. However, I noticed that prices are lower ($6 and change for most entrees) than the Chinese takeout places near home. I tried the pork with dried bean curd from their “new items” menu and I thought it was rather tasty. I wish they used a better container when packing. By the time I got it back to the hotel, much of the gravy had leaked out of the styrofoam container. Otherwise, service was okay.

Good Chinese food at great value. Best egg rolls in Herndon. Have to ask them to cook the vegetables a little longer otherwise they are a bit undercooked. the soups are great, as is the fried rice. Pretty standard American Chinese food.

I have been eating here since the mid 80s and it’s still good quality. This is the only place I know of that I can get fried pork (cubes) fried rice instead of pork strips in the rice. This place retained it’s food quality where almost every other restaurant’s went down over the years.

I came in to order sweet and sour chicken and I was a little disappointed in the way it tasted. The breading was not crispy and the chicken was a little chewy. I actually prefer the chicken in the sweet and sour chicken to be more like most Chinese restaurants where it has a thin golden crispy breading. But the rice was good and everything was packed nicely to go.
