The best Chinese in town, and I’m pretty sure the only in the area but that doesn’t mean it’s any less than one of the best in the Midwest. I know I have an American taste when it comes to Chinese food but I feel like they still do a great job of blending the tradition style with the flavor palettes of our local population haha. One of my favorite places to eat in potosi

Crab Rangoon is terrible here. The lomane noodles are over cooked and not good at all.. probably the worst Chinese restaurant within a 100 mile radius. Do not recommend.

The crab ragoons were disgusting and almost no filling, the lo mein was okay but a 4.00 extra charge to get it with the General Toas chicken was OUTRAGOUS!!! Save yourself the money and get a pint for almost the same price. Egg rolls are decent the chicken was the best thing. Wonton soup has a nice dark broth but no flavor at all.

It was good when under previous management. My husband and I have been loyal customers for YEARS. We have tried it a few times under new management. My husband gets sweet and sour chicken and I usually get orange chicken. The orange chicken is gross the sweet and sour chicken is decent but they have changed their sauce as well as the rice again. And the crab Rangoon. The rice is seriously minute rice. Just not worth the money. I’ll drive to farmington or go to dos since potosi is super limited.

The fried rice doesn’t taste the same like it did before the name changed over to China King it tastes like dish soap or something

Apparently it’s more important to have orders flying out the door no matter the state of the food than it is to Cook it properly and have satisfied customers. living in a small town we barely have enough options as it is now we don’t even have a decent Chinese restaurant before these new owners it was actually good food now they’re just like the rest worried about a dollar not about their dignity.

For me and my family the food was great. What made this place 5 starts was the people though. They are great!

Food is average, their phones remind you of the 90s. You can hardly ever hear them over the static which causes a lot of order issues. They are rude almost every single time we have ever made an order, almost like it’s a burden on them for you to order from them. The prices are pretty high for just mediocre Chinese but it is the only one available in our town. I always ask for the most spicy on whatever I order and it is never actually spicy even though they will tell you it is extremely spicy. Obviously they do not have the concept of legitimate spicy foods of any kind. The family does think that most of their food they order is a little above average but I personally think it is just mediocre and tends to always be dry as well.

Dumplings were great, even though they actually deep fry them rather than skillet fry. My kid’s sweet and sour chicken was decent. My actual entree was their chicken fried rice, I’m a basic guy when it comes to Chinese. First time I have ever thrown away my food after eating a few bites. Chicken was disgusting. Not going back. 3 stars was generous
