I ordered from them the first time last night. I ordered in person. They looked a little frustrated but were pleasant. I got the shrimp egg rolls and general Tao chicken. It was so good, flavorful, hot and crispy.

Both the service and the food is FLAVORLESS! We arrived at 10:30 pm on a night they advertise closing at 11:00pm. They were is such a rush to leave, and it was evident. They were turning out the lights before we left the establishment – who does that!? The food was nothing less than terrible. The Chicken and broccoli had a watery brown corn starch liquid over it that was tantamount to salted brown goop. I literally came home, tasted it and decided to reconstruct the food on the stove with my own seasonings. At least they are consistent…The service was dry and cold along with the lo mein! It would appear from the reviews that this place is not worthy of your hard earned dollars. It appears to me that the owners are no longer happy and enthusiastic with what they are doing for a living, and it shows. As expensive as this place is, the meal was not “up to par” for human consumption so I rinsed off some off the chicken pieces and let my dog enjoy them.

Sesame chicken wasn’t good. Spring roll wasn’t good. Ragoons cream was good but the crust taste stale. It was raining when I came in. I was waiting for my food and it smelled like wet dog inside. Not sure if it was restaurant or the guy that walked in but definitely sat on my mind and wasn’t able to finish my food. Don’t recommend.

I was trying to order my meal over the phone but I guess I was asking too many questions about the food (that Im paying my money for). I was told I could ask someone else (like who), and that I didn’t have good hearing and finally was hung up on. That’s pretty bad service…I used to love the food but the service is just not worth it.

If i could give NEGATIVE STARS I would! Nasty attitude with nasty food!! Totally not worth your time or money. Woman took my order over the phone and i barely finished speaking before she says TEN FIFTEEN MINUTES and slams down the phone. No name or nothing. They are rude as hell and the fried wings have NO seasoning. Shrimp fried rice was hard and disgusting. No wonder Doordash does not deliver from them! Refunds and complaints daily!

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this place. The first time was 2 and half years ago and the food was less than par. Now I ordered again thinking maybe things have changed but Not! How do you mess up egg drop soup, well when I got home to eat and the fried wontons to put in my soup where so stale that they were like limp paper! Also the lo mein was so drenched in soy sauce that it tasted almost like it was burnt and there was a small bone when i was eating that i bit down on from one of the meats. I will never get food from here again.

We stopped eating here months ago because of poor service and very small portions. Decided to try it again tonight. Ordered online and asked for eggrolls. Corrected the woman who took the order when she repeated it back and said spring rolls. 10 minutes to pickup. Great… Got there 15 minutes later and waited another 10. They don’t accept AmEx btw. Got the food and she gave us spring rolls and 20% less on the other food than other restaurants in the area. I asked and she said they were eggrolls, no these are the very small slim rolls. Woman in back yells that it will be 10 minutes to get eggrolls. Rude, disrespectful, subpar food (being generous), not what we ordered. About $20 more for 3 people than we spend at other Chinese places. We will not be going back again.
