The temperature of the restaurant on a 90° day was about 78-80 inside. I wouldn’t enjoy eating a hot meal in their dining room. The service was fast for a call ahead soup and eggroll. I wouldn’t consider the pork eggroll to be much of a “pork” eggroll- completely lacked any pork. The hot and sour soup is.. hot but not so much sour. At other restaurants I’ve received this soup with a mix of vegetables which add textures and flavor. Mushrooms and an unknown onion looking vegetable were all that was found. I thought it lacked the flavor that it deserved. I would likely not return due to food flavor. I will say my food was extremely hot so I don’t doing that it was fresh. Maybe other things are good from here, for take out.

I normally won’t leave a review like this but the food wasn’t even edible. I ordered the boneless spare rib lunch platter and they tasted like they were spoiled and soapy. Worst Chinese food I have ever had. I threw it away. Complete waste of a lunch break. I order the same thing at every Chinese place and it’s delicious every time.

The other Chinese restaurants in the area don’t even compare to the flavors from China Jade. We have tried the others but I will go without Chinese for dinner if China Jade is not open! #1 Chinese food in Venice by far!!!

Greasy egg roll, Bee with Broccoli was disgusting, meat was all fat. Pork fried rice? I challenge anyone to find more than 3 little pieces of pork. I really dont understand the good reviews. And please do NOT call this NY style; not even close.

What a disappointment! The Hawaii 50 was mostly broccoli & gravy and only small amounts of the meat and seafood expected. . .My wife had their crab Rangoon and it literally made her sick. The disaster was rounded out by a large order of vegetable fried rice that had ALMOST NO VEGETABLES IN IT! Hint: There is another restaurant offering these dishes in Venice and it is much better for about the same pricing–my bad. YUK!

Horrible food. Will never order from here again. They obviously don’t care about what they serve or their work environment. The food was not authentic or tasted anything like what I’ve ordered from many Chinese restaurants over the years. They are very stingy with their servings. Don’t go here, you’ll be disappointed.
