Ordered delivery. Been ordering for 4 years and tonight it has been over two and a half hours and still no food. The lady was arguing with me about issuing a refund. Can’t get a hold of the driver yet didn’t want to refund me. Food is usually great and the driver punctual and friendly but they dropped the ball tonight!

Got sesame chicken and rice delivered to work last night as I was starving. Was there on time but the food tasted disgusting, but again I was hungry and ate it anyway. Worst mistake ever! Work up at 5am vomiting violently and felt like I was dying.. so I went to the doctor and was told food poisoning… will not be going back to this China House..

My food was delivered an hour late no one called from the restaurant 8/24/22. I had to call them to find out where my food was. The sweet and sour chicken was hard and my child could not eat it. The restaurant should have discounted the price. My other order was not hot and looked like it had been sitting out for a while. No quality in the service.
