I’ve been searching for a great chinese take out for some time. Most are okay, but I was very happily surprised at the quality of the food from China House. This was our first time ordering take out from them. Everything was delicious, the portions were generous and we were very happy to find our new go-to chinese restaurant!

The person who takes the order gave me the wrong food , I didn’t realize until I got home . I called her trying to resolve it and she was absolute unapologetic and rude . He argued with me on the phone and I just hung up. She very rude and obnoxious , and I just realized the food she gave me cost more than the food I wanted . Their food is decent but I’ll definitely not go back there again because of her

I made an order and asked for a change on seamless instead of rice let me get fries . I would.of paid extra they called me and refused. So I canceled the order. So much for being a loyal customer.

I tried to give this place a chance and have ordered from them 6-8 times. When ordering delivery, don’t even think about having your order arrive in less than an hour. One time it took 1.5 hours and they weren’t even apologetic. Now I have to go out of my way to pick it up because it’s 1000x faster. The food is OK, but definitely not outstanding. The soup has too much salt. Some things barely have any flavor. This last time I ordered MILD general tso’s and it was so spicy we could barely eat it. Called to complain and heard lots of screaming in the background before the operator came back on to say, sorry that just how it is. The customer is definitely not always right at this place. Finding another restaurant asap.

Food is overcharged food portion doesn’t compare to the price staff isn’t always so friendly or accommodating when they take long for deliveries and deliver the right order many times they have delivered me the wrong food and then don’t come with the right thing for forbid someone is allergic to something that becomes dangerous for the customer it’s important to pay attention to order detail.

Love this restaurant, food is tremendous (ribs, chicken broccoli, and sesame chicken are my recommendations) and the wait time is normally short. This is my to-go for takeout. One-star reviewers should give it another go.

Customer service was poor felt I was approached aggressively and when my order wasn’t correct I addressed it and they didn’t want to accommodate for there mistake. Price was up more then usual
