So I did not have too much expectation – being a Chinese I am very picky about Chinese food. It was late and the restaurant was on the way to our hotel. So we dropped by for the take out. I was pleasantly surprised about the food quality. We ordered Sha Cha Beef and shredded pork with dry bean curds. Both tasted good and the amount of the food was decent.

I am from New Jersey and was here in Colorado for business and me and my girlfriend decided to come to this establishment for dinner. Biggest mistake of Our Lives and we should have read deeper into the reviews. Ordered our food at the counter and literally soon as we were given the receipt and sat down our food had arrived which was very odd. I had ordered egg drop soup which was very Bland and cold. We also ordered fried rice which was shameful and was not fresh because you could tell that the peas and carrots in it were very old and lastly the Sesame chicken which was cold, the meat looked Gray and we just knew it was not fresh. Also how do you make sesame chicken in a matter of 1 minute which tells us that this was either old and reheated or refried. This was the worst experience and a waste of $50 and I would not recommend anyone to ever come here because they do not care about what they give the consumer and again the food is not fresh at all. They are going to make people sick if they are not already.

Friendly staff. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. Wonton soup was pretty good. Vegetable egg rolls tasted good. Chicken with vegetables, the vegetables were fresh the chicken was plentiful overall a very good meal.

Please listen to ALL of the recent 1 star reviews. I thought maybe it was a fluke. It was not.

I ordered Fisherman’s Feast last night and it was very tasty. A lots of clams in the dish, I accidentally bit clam shell debris few times! The steam rice was under cook.

Me and three friends ate here for lunch, not a very picky eater and I usually order orange chicken wherever I go. We ordered at the counter and sat down, our food came out in like 5 minutes, three meals in 5 minutes… First red flag. I’m assuming the food is not made fresh and is re-used from the previous day, how else do you make food that fast? I started eating and the chicken texture was weird it didn’t really taste like orange chicken it tasted like something but not orange chicken. My friend said his didn’t taste that great either so I tried his and it tasted like mine except he ordered sesame beef. Second red flag two meals with the same flavor…. To top it off my other friends order was wrong completely wrong and she asked the person at the counter if she could get what she ordered and the server said that’s not what she ordered and she would have to pay for another one. We didn’t even bother asking for a refund. To top it all off my experience was not unique my co-worker said he had the same experience here. Tasty asia, china 88, spicey house and even panda express are all better options than this “gourmet” restaurant. Hopefully they can increase the food quality and customer service, as the atmosphere of the restaurant has so much potential!

Waited in line just to be told even with dine in we need to order on our phones. Got the appetizer and one meal at the same time along with the fried rice of the other meal. Took about 15 minutes for the other meal to come out. Both had a weird smell and my husband who eats everything took a couple bits of his and couldn’t do it, chicken tasted sour like it was spoiled. I wouldn’t bother trying this place.

Bland and overpriced. The sesame tofu was tough, wonton soup flavorless, and the $17 veggie fried rice was a small takeout container of ever-so-slightly browned mush. Do yourself a favor and go to the freezer aisle to pick up the exact same quality of food without the 10x markup.

The Chine Gourmet chicken on their menu is excellent. We have ate there 5-6 times and the food has always been great. The behavior from the staff was not always the best but that does happen in most restaurants. I have not seen them compromise on food quality or quantity.

Food was not that good, but not the worst I’ve had… The staff member didn’t greet us when we came in to pick up our online order. When she handed us our bag, she walked away without saying anything, we had assumed she was grabbing something else, stood there awkwardly for a minute and realized she had walked away to get back on her phone. So we asked if we were all set and she said yes, so we left. Just a strange interaction overall, and we probably won’t be back unless by accident.
