Terrible service, I called and the woman who answered me on the phone made me wait in line for 2 minutes and I understand that but when she asked me for my address I asked her for a few seconds Well, I was staying in a hotel, I didn’t know the exact address and she with an annoying tone of voice told me “when you have the address, call again”. If I could put a zero star on them I would. Terrible customer service.

Ok it’s the Review king doing another local review on a spot where people say the place is 4 stars so let’s dig into this spot. first i ordered something right on their menu 20 shrimp with pork fried rice. They told me because it’s pork they will only give me 18 shrimp now wait did i hear that right. You have on the menu one thing but gonna short the customer. Hmmm ok let’s go further not one cook in the kitchen or helper is wearing gloves so the helper who was just using some cleaner on the walls and mopping is also cooking hmmm shall i continue. Even though i thought the texture of the food looked good and kitchen was maintained I’m not eating it. They can’t get me to go back this is only good for 1star the review is out people review king strikes again

This place is disgusting DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR Business. I called to place a catering or and the lady was so nasty over the phone. If I was able to give zero stars I would when I called to place the order I had asked if they had an online menu. She said she did not have an online menu and then I had asked her if she had any family deals, or if they did catering orders, she said yes, when I started asking her questions about the menus a bad attitude this is not someone I would typically wanna do business with. So I asked do you want the business or not. She hung up the phone on me. Loss for words do not give this place your business don’t spend your money. Food is disgusting as well from what I’m seeing in the reviews.

My sister ad a car accident last month, she ad order a food at this place that obviously she couldn’t pick up because she was took to the hospital, we went there the following week to apologise about her not picking up the food because of the incident, today she call and the lady recognized her voice and told her she was not gonna take her order because last time she didn’t pick it up when clearly i explain it to her the situation, no good she has some bad issues

They are halfway decent but will not accept any positive criticism. First time, their wonton dough was a little tough. I let them know in case it was just the batch. Got a rude response. Next time going there, I asked them about it and they would not acknowledge it. Customer don’t matter. Just business.

I loved this restaurant the food was always fresh and delicious… but lately they seem to have sacrificed freshness. Yet they still have the best fried chicken and shrimp fried rice. The pepper steak meat is very rubbery and doesn’t taste like steak… the chicken and broccoli also.. chicken taste horrible. the customer service is great though….

My husband and I love indulging here, they have the best Chinese dishes I have ever had anywhere. I know they are closed for now due to covid but we cannot wait for them to re open. I honestly don’t understand how there can be negative reviews. I think that they are always busy that’s why they may seam short with you when you call.

The food is decent but the lady in the front tonight has no idea how to take an order. I went home and came back because she gave me a complete different order then what I wanted. Plus she had said she charges me for something else and I had to pay the difference. I said fine, but when I went to pay with my debit card she had the audacity to say she was going to charge me a fee for using a debit card. I said fine but she was in the wrong. After you make a mistake you should apologize and fix the problem without hesitation. Now they lost a customer.
