This is the best Chinese place in the area. Also located inside Country Market making it easy to pick up some groceries along with dinner. We’ve tried just about everything on the menu and they are consistently good. I would recommend the hot and sour soup and their chicken fried rice.

Decent priced and well portioned but definitely not what I was expecting first time ordering from them and I definitely won’t be coming back! Chicken was kind of soggy with hardly any flavor along with the crab Rangoons tasted like I was eating nothing but cream cheese

The food is ok. I would like to be able to distinguish flavors of the food more and dial back some of the sauce ; most everything is just bland. Prices are cheap for a quick meal of noodles and vegetables. Be aware of add-on prices for fried rice. Daily specials are fair value. Garlic pork is probably the best flavored.

Was giving this place a last chance, after I drive 30 minutes to get home I find there is no sauce for my sweet and sour chicken. When I called I couldn’t understand if I would be given a refund if I returned and then was hung up on. The gas needed for the hour round trip would just about cancel out any refund I might recieve anyway so I’m left scrounging for dinner. Price is good, food is fairly bland. Will not be returning

China Express makes excellent dishes! I don’t eat the pre-prepared food they have with meat, so China Express cooks my orders up fresh within a matter of minutes and they have all been delicious! Very professional and polite people here! It would be nice if they had their own building and private dining area.

I was hesitant about writing a review after I ordered food last night from here, I never write reviews. I ordered almond chicken and while I was eating it my stomach was grumbling. I ate a few bites and threw the rest away because I could not get through it. Later that night I vomited several times and turns out I had gotten food poisoning. Take this info as you will, maybe whoever working was not handling food properly. I don’t know. I was violently sick :/

I ordered from here for the first time because my favorite place is closed…China Garden. I have never known a Chinese restaurant to NOT give rice. Plus the batter was mooshy. I do not recommend this place. Food lacked flavor. Sesame chicken is not the usual sesame chicken. Sweet n sour chicken doesn’t have vegetables or fruit in it. I have eaten at China Express in Lambertville, MI & that one was way better.
