Ordered the Mongolian chicken. The chicken had a flavor more like cheese curds than Mongolian chicken. It was mostly all white onions and both the white onions and green onions were crunchy raw & very spice.

It’s perfect. This is the best Chinese place in Carmel. The other places make the worst fried rice that is yellow with steamed chicken and sad frozen vegetables. This place is so good. They’re nice and it’s an open kitchen so you can watch them make your meal fresh. WONDERFUL!

Went here for the first time and have to say it is definitely the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Prices are super reasonable and the portion sizes are so big, my dinner will also be my lunch tomorrow. Super kind man working the register and cooking. I have been a long time customer of Tom’s and there is a reason – the food is OUTSTANDING. It started with walking there for lunches as a single guy to now 20+ years later driving in to pickup food for the wife and kids. I have tried many other Chinese restaurants in the area and there just is no comparison. From the soups to main entrees. It’s now become generational to where my college aged child now requests it.

The food We ordered was ok, but the garlic chicken I ordered was too salty for me. The garlic chicken was drenched in soy sauce. I couldn’t eat the rice. My son ordered House chicken with steamed rice. He couldn’t finish all too. He said the sauce was too sweet. Besides that, the dumplings was ok.

I’m from Lafayette indiana and i ask for fried rice and didn’t get that. I got brown rice with nothing. Who eat brown rice with nothing inside the rice no vegetables or meat came in the rice. Then they lie about the appetizers platter 2 egg roll 2 crab ragon and 2 wing and you see what I got. It’s not worth the money for a China express
