This is my go to Chinese place in Mobile. I think the food tastes better at this location than their other location on Government. The steamed dumplings are great! You can ask for dishes not spicy most of the time they make that happen. You can also ask for veggie lo mein instead of pork fried rice with the combo for a small up charge. It’s SO worth it! The portions are big enough to last me 2 meals.

Food is good, but I ordered fried pepper chicken and 6 the woman at the counter if it was fried. She said yes. I got home and it wasn’t. Called and asked if I could get credit next time and they said no I had to bring it back up to get the fried. I asked if I could send them a picture of it and they said it didn’t matter.

It’s crazy because I left China Garden and went to China Chef and got more egg rolls. They were awesome. They were crunchy not tough and they were filled with cabbage and pork or whatever they put in them. They were good.
